Of course the TV is the best at this price range, and even superior to other brands with higher price tag. But this review isn't about the product itself, as you all can find that on YouTube. This review is about my experience with the brand value for the customer. First tv was delivered to me on 21st Jan, which had screen bleeding issue (a minor one) for which Amazon sent me a replacement within a weeks time. But again it had similar problem. I reached out to Amazon customer service, but they said it can't be replaced for the second time but will make the refund. Now I was locked as my 3 year old son fell in love with the tv and my wife gave me a hard time if I just sent it back. So i reached out to brand Acer, and got connected to one of the best Agent I've ever seen in customer service "Anuradha". She noted down the issue and immediately placed request for replacement from the brand, which I received within 7 days. The unit I received was perfect, but I didn't connect it with a stabilizer. There was a thunderstorm in my place and most of my electrical equipment got effected including the new tv unit, which had led damage. I reached back to Anuradha, and she swiftly resolved the issue by placing request for a replacement unit. Which would get delivered again in 7 days. But by this time i had to shift to another city for my job, and i requested the new unit to be delivered to my new address. And i couldn't thank Anuradha enough for getting the unit delivered to my new address. Now the new unit is all set and my son & wife enjoying their movie time. Go for this tv for the trust & brand value. And i promise you won't regret.
