Samsung is set to launch their latest flagship foldable smartphone, the Galaxy Z Fold 5, later this year. Although Samsung has yet to confirm any details about the device, rumors and leaks have been rampant. According to a recent leak from tipster Ice universe (@UniverseIce), the Galaxy Z Fold 5 will feature the same 50-megapixel main camera as its predecessor, the Galaxy Z Fold 4.
The rear camera setup of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 includes a 50-megapixel primary camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS), a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera with 3X optical zoom and up to 30X zoom digital zoom. There is also a 4-megapixel selfie camera and a 10-megapixel under-display camera. The external display of the Galaxy Z Fold 5 is expected to be the same 6.2-inch display as the Galaxy Z Fold 4. It offers full-HD+ (904×2,316 pixels) resolution, up to 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, and 23.1:9 aspect ratio.
The Galaxy Z Fold 5 could also come without a dedicated S Pen slot and is rumored to come in 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage options. With its impressive specs and features, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 looks like it could be an incredible device when it launches later this year.
