This comes after recent speculation that the launch of the foldables may have been preponed in an attempt to boost the firm’s Q3 profits.
The report also mentions that the phones will go on sale August 11, which is a few weeks earlier than Samsung’s Unpacked event last year. It could be speculated that the earlier launch date is aimed at allowing the company to keep the phones on sale for a longer duration in its third quarter.
Samsung Prepones Launch to Boost Q3 Profits
