It is expected that this update will rollout from June this year. Several new features will be available in this update that will be available for Shawomi and Redmi smartphones.
The devices that will get Android audio updates will get many other features like native picture-in-picture mode, notification dots, smart text selection, better battery life, pin app shortcuts and autofill framework.

On the other hand, the Android Pie update will be available for the smartphones on which new features such as New System Navigation, Smart Text Selection, Reddine Quick Settings, Simplified Volume Control, New Dashboard, App Timer, New Do Not Disturb Mode and Wind Down will be seen. .

The devices which will be available for this update include Redmi Note 6 Pro, Redmi Note 5 Pro, Redmi 6 Pro, Redmi V2, Xiaomi 6X, Redmi Note 3, Redmi 6, Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, Xiaomi Me 6, Redmi 6A and more. Many smartphones are included.

It is being told that this update will also be released for MIUI Global ROM with MIUI China ROM. The beta version of this update will be rollout and it will be made available to users after testing. After the final update is ready, it will be provided on Xiaomi Forum and apps. Along with the news of updates to the devices, Xiaomi has also said that the devices which will get these updates will not be given any more android updates anymore.
