After a long hiatus, smartphone brand Gionee returned to the Indian market with a new smartwatch. The company launched three Smart Life Watch in the new G-Buddy wearable and accessories portfolio. This includes GSW3-Senorita priced at Rs 3499, GSW4 with Always On Display priced at Rs 4599, and GSW5 Watch for Rs 2499, specially designed for the new age women. Gionee India launched the last product Gionee F9 Plus smartphone in India in September last year, priced at Rs 7,690.
Pradeep Jain, managing director of JIPL, which manages Gionee in India, said, ‘Smart’ Life’s latest range reflects a widespread desire to stay physically active and help health-conscious people stay fit and healthy. In India since 2018, it is being managed by the Jena Group, which launched the smartphone and accessories brand Karbonn in 2009 in association with the Bengaluru-based UTL Group.
