Xiaomi launched its first notebook 14 laptop series in India; Starting price Rs 41999, sale will start from June 17

Xiaomi on Wednesday launched the Mi Notebook 14 and Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition in India. With this, Xiaomi entered the laptop segment of the country. Both laptops come with a 10th generation Intel Core processor and also have the option of Nvidia GeForce graphics. The notebook has thin bezels and offers silent and performance modes to meet user needs.
Xiaomi has also provided the Mi Blaze unlock functionality on its Mi Notebook model, which allows you to unlock the system by keeping your Mi Band 3 or Band 4 device nearby, without entering a password. Apart from this, MI QuickShare has been provided to provide fast file sharing experience.

Mi Notebook 14 Series: Price and Availability in India

  • In India, the 256GB SSD model of Mi Notebook 14 is priced at Rs 41,999 and the 512GB SSD model is priced at Rs 44,999. The model equipped with Nvidia GeForce MX250 GPU is priced at Rs 47,999. The company said that this is an introductory promotional price that will be applicable only till 16 July. After this date, all three models of Xiaomi are expected to go up in price.
  • On the other hand, the Intel Core i5 model of Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition is priced at Rs 54999. While it also has an Intel Core i7 option, which costs 59999 rupees.
  • The company will start selling Mi Notebook 14 and Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition from June 17 through Amazon, Mi.com, Mi Home Stores and Mi Studio. It will soon be available for sale at offline retail stores as well.
  • As part of the launch offer, Mi Notebook 14 and Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition are offering instant cashback of 2000 rupees to customers who buy HDFC bank cards in the next one month and also offer a no-cost EMI option for 9 months. is.

Mi Notebook 14 specifications and features

  • The Mi Notebook 14 based on Windows 10 Home has a 14-inch full-HD (1920×1080 pixels) display with a 16: 9 aspect ratio. The notebook works on a 10th generation Intel Core i5 processor, which is equipped with Nvidia GeForce MX250 graphics, 8GB DDR4 RAM and 512GB SATA SSD.
  • There are 3mm thin bezels on the top and sides of the display panel. It does not have a built-in webcam but Xiaomi is also providing USB webcam with it. It has a built-in battery, which works for 10 hours on a single charge. The notebook weighs 1.5 kg.

Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition specification and features

  • Like the Mi Notebook 14, the Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition also runs on Windows 10 Home Edition and features a 14-inch full-HD (1920×1080 pixels) anti-glare display with a screen-to-body ratio of 91 percent, with 60 Hz Refresh rate and 178-degree viewing angle will be available. However, the Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition comes with 10th generation Intel Core i5-10210U and Intel Core i7-10510U processor options, equipped with onboard graphics or Nvidia GeForce MX 350 GPU, 8GB DDR4 RAM. The laptop also has up to 512GB NVMe M.2 SSD storage with a bandwidth of 3000MB / s.
  • Xiaomi has provided a metallic chassis in the Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition, which is made of aluminum and magnesium alloys. Apart from this, 3mm thin bezels have been given on the top and sides of the display. USB webcams are also being provided with this.
  • In terms of connectivity, the Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition has Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, two USB 3.1 ports, a USB 2.0 port, and a USB Type-C port for data transfer and charging. There is a chiclet-style keyboard that uses the cage mechanism. The keyboard is equipped with a multitouch-supporting trackpad.
  • The Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition comes with stereo speakers and includes DTS audio processing. Xiaomi has pre-loaded the Mi Blaze Unlock and Mi QuickShare feature laptops. It will get a 46Wh battery which will work for 10 hours on a single charge.
