Restraint on porn sites after court interference

The Department of Telecom (DOT) ordered to downgrade 857 websites from Internet service providers in 2015. This was done to control cyber crime. In year 2018, the Uttarakhand High Court also ordered internet service providers to ban 827 websites. Actually, a student of 10th student in Dehradun had gangraped 4 senior students of the same. The accused later told that they used to watch online porn. After this, the High Court ordered internet service providers to ban porn sites.
