At the recent Galaxy Unpacked event in Seoul, South Korea, Samsung made waves by introducing a diverse ecosystem of cutting-edge devices. Alongside the highly anticipated Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5, the tech giant also unveiled its latest smartwatches, the Galaxy Watch 6 and Galaxy Watch 6 Classic, and three new additions to the tablet series – the Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy Tab S9+, and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. The company held another event at its Gangnam store in Seoul, South Korea, where it officially disclosed the prices for these exciting new products.
The Galaxy Tab S9 series offers multiple storage options to cater to various user needs. The Galaxy Tab S9 with 128GB storage is priced at Rs. 72,999 for the Wi-Fi variant and Rs. 85,999 for the 5G variant. For the 256GB variant, the prices are Rs. 83,999 (Wi-Fi) and Rs. 96,999 (5G). The Galaxy Tab S9+ comes in a single storage variant with 256GB and is available at Rs. 90,999 (Wi-Fi) and Rs. 1,04,999 (5G). As for the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, it offers two storage variants – the 256GB variant is priced at Rs. 1,08,999 (Wi-Fi) and Rs. 1,22,999 (5G), while the 512GB variant costs Rs. 1,19,999 (Wi-Fi) and Rs. 1,33,999 (5G).
Pre-orders for the Galaxy Tab S9 series start today at 12:00 PM on Samsung’s official website and partner stores. The tablets will be available for sale from August 11.
The Galaxy Tab S9 series showcases stunning displays tailored to different sizes. The base Galaxy Tab S9 boasts an 11-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the Galaxy Tab S9+ features a larger 12.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen. The high-end Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra goes even bigger with a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel. All tablets in the lineup are powered by a custom octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and run on Android 13 right out-of-the-box.
In the camera department, the Galaxy Tab S9 is equipped with a 13-megapixel primary rear sensor and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor for impressive photography. The Galaxy Tab S9+ and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra models carry a 13-megapixel primary rear sensor alongside an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide lens. On the front, both tablets sport two 12-megapixel sensors for stunning selfies and video calls.
Battery capacity is another highlight, with the Galaxy Tab S9 packing an 8,400mAh battery, the Galaxy Tab S9+ equipped with a 10,090mAh battery, and the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra powered by an 11,200mAh battery. This ensures long-lasting performance to keep up with your busy lifestyle.
