Xiaomi will donate N95 masks in Delhi-Punjab-Karnataka to deal with corona, safety suits to be given to doctors

In view of the increasing cases of Corona (COVID-19), Chinese tech company Xiaomi on Monday decided to donate millions of N95 masks in Delhi, Punjab and Karnataka. Xiaomi India CEO Manu Jain informed about this and said that the company will donate millions of masks, as well as protective suits, will also be given to the doctors fighting this virus. In view of the lockdown in many cities, the company has also stopped production in India.

Jain said that we are doing everything possible to avoid this virus. We have banned business tours and external meetings, as well as our partners and employees are also being asked to put on masks and keep their hands sanitized.

The company started delivery on call service

Apart from this, we have also started delivery on-call service for customers. In this, the customer will be able to call his nearest MI Home Store and buy his favorite smartphone which will be delivered at home. All MI staff are always using masks and sanitizers for safety. To maintain social distancing, the company has introduced an online token system in which no more than four customers will be allowed to visit its centers at one time.

381 cities in 17 states have been locked down so far
Coronavirus is spreading rapidly in the country. Due to this, the country is slowly moving towards lockdown. Curfew has been implemented in Punjab and Puducherry till 31 March. In addition, 331 cities in 16 states are fully locked down. So far 7 deaths in the country, complete lockdown in 12 states including Jammu and Kashmir, Bihar-Jharkhand, Punjab, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh.

Coronavirus reaches 23 states
Coronavirus has reached 23 states of the country. Maharashtra has the highest number of 74 cases. Coronavirus cases have not been reported only in Jharkhand, Sikkim, Arunachal, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram. 90% of Corona patients are hospitalized. Recovery has occurred in only 7% of cases.
