Google Pixel 5 has already been confirmed to be launched in the autumn with the Pixel 4a 5G model. In the Pixel 4a launch blog post, the tech giant shared a slight glimpse of the phone’s edge, showing the placement of the edges and buttons, but apart from that, nothing else is known about the Pixel 5. The leak now gives us a chance to see Pixel 5 from all sides. Leaked renders suggest that the Pixel 5 may come with a hole-punch display at the front and a dual rear camera setup at the rear.
PriceBaba , in partnership with OnLeaks, has published alleged high-quality renders of the upcoming Pixel 5. Renderers suggest that the phone may have a hole-punch display, which is placed at the top left corner – just as seen on the Pixel 4a. At the rear, the Pixel 5 is reported to come with dual rear cameras housed inside a square-shaped module. This module is located in the top left corner of the back panel. There are two image sensors with a flash and another unknown sensor, and the technical details of the camera setup are not yet known.
Strangely, Pixel 5 leak renders suggest that the phone may have a rear fingerprint sensor and not an in-display. The Pixel 5 also has a unique glitter back panel finish, while the volume and power buttons are seen on the right spine. The USB Type-C port and speaker grille are spot on the bottom edge, while the SIM tray slot sits on the left edge of the device.
As per Pricebaba’s report, the Pixel 5 can have a 5.7 to 5.8-inch display and measures 144.7 × 70.4 × 8.1mm (8.5 mm with bump). Tipster Roland Quandt has separately claimed that the Pixel 5 can come with 128GB of storage. Quandt says that 64GB may not be the base storage model this time. “If there are 64GB models, I haven’t seen them,” Quandt wrote.
In a recent report, it has been told that Pixel 5 with Pixel 4a 5G can be launched on September 30. Pixel 5 is also reported to be powered by Snapdragon 765G SoC.
