Nokia 110 4G and Nokia 106 4G Receive Cloud App Integration and YouTube Shorts Support

HMD, the parent company of Nokia, has expanded the capabilities of its Nokia 110 4G and Nokia 106 4G feature phones by introducing integrated Cloud Apps. Priced at Rs. 2,399 and Rs. 2,199 respectively, these devices now support YouTube Shorts and several other cloud applications, enhancing user experiences on these 4G-enabled phones.

Key Enhancements:

  1. Integrated Cloud Apps: Users can now access Cloud Apps on the Nokia 110 4G and Nokia 106 4G by tapping the Cloud icon and signing in using their Google IDs. This integration aims to provide users with additional features and functionalities.
  2. YouTube Shorts Support: The addition of YouTube Shorts support allows users to enjoy short-form videos on their Nokia 110 4G and Nokia 106 4G devices. This inclusion aligns with the growing popularity of short-format content.
  3. Diverse Cloud Services: In addition to YouTube Shorts, the Cloud Apps integration offers access to various services, including news, weather updates, and cricket scores. The cloud-based offerings enhance the utility and entertainment options for users of these feature phones.
  4. Additional Supported Apps: Apart from YouTube Shorts, seven more apps have been added to the Cloud Apps repertoire, including BBC Hindi, Sokoban, 2048 Game, and Tetris. This diversification aims to cater to a range of user preferences.

  • Nokia 110 4G: Features a 1.8-inch display, an IP52 rating for dust and water resistance, and a 1,500mAh battery. It runs on the Series 30+ operating system and supports Bluetooth connectivity.
  • Nokia 106 4G: Sports a 1.8-inch QVGA display, FM radio connectivity, an inbuilt MP3 player, and a 1,450mAh battery offering up to eight hours of battery life. It runs on the Series 30+ operating system and supports both wired and wireless FM radio modes.
