Nokia 7.1 is different from Nokia 6.1 Plus, Know everything

HMD Global is continuously offering its smartphones in India. The intention of the company is to launch more and more handsets in the mid-budget segment, to compete with companies such as Xiaomi, Motorola. The new Nokia 7.1 is the upgraded variant of the last Nokia 6.1 Plus. Nokia 7.1 has been launched with a price of Rs 19,999 and it will compete with the Redmi Note 6 Pro, Motorola One Power as well as smartphones. Let’s know how specifications and price are different from previous Nokia 6.1 Plus.

Display and design:

Nokia 7.1 has a 5.84 inch full HD + display and its aspect ratio is 19: 9. Nokia 6.1 Plus has a 5.8-inch FullHD + TFT display with a resolution of 1080 × 2280 pixels. Aspect ratio of Nokia 6.1 Plus is the aspect ratio 19: 9. Talk about Nokia’s two smartphones, made of front and rear glass body designs. Because of the glass body, the phone looks premium. Nokia 7.1 and Nokia 6.1 Plus both are equipped with large displays.

Processor, RAM, and Storage:


Nokia 6.1 Plus and Nokia 7.1 have Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset. Talk about RAM and storage, both phones come in the same variant. Nokia 7.1 and Nokia 6.1 Plus have 4 GB RAM and 64 GB inbuilt storage which can be increased by up to 400 GB via microSD card.

Operating System:


Like Nokia’s other Android phones, Nokia 7.1 is also part of Google’s Android One program. HMD Global’s new handset comes with Nokia 7.1 Android 9.0 Pie. Being a part of Android One, there is a guarantee of regular updates in Nokia phones. Nokia 6.1 Plus is also an Android One device and it was launched with the Android 8.1 Oreo. But the company promised to upgrade the phone to Android 9.0 Pie.

Camera:


Nokia has given Dual Rear camera setup in both of these phones. Nokia 7.1 has 12-megapixel primary and 5-megapixel secondary sensor with aperture F / 1.8. On the front of the phone, 8-megapixel sensor with aperture F / 2.0 is available.

In the Nokia 6.1 Plus, 16-megapixel primary and 5-megapixel secondary sensor with aperture F / 2.0 has been given. A 16-megapixel front sensor is available in the handset to take selfie. It is worth noting that both Nokia’s phones have a Nokia display. The front camera is in this nouch itself.

Battery


To give power to Nokia 7.1 and Nokia 6.1 Plus, 3060mAh battery has been given. Battery is AST charging through USB type C.

Cost:


HMD Global launched Nokia 7.1 in India for Rs. 19,999. Nokia 6.1 Plus was introduced in India for Rs 15,999.
