Best deal at: amazon.in

Excitement is building as UK-based startup Nothing prepares to unveil its latest offering, the Nothing Phone 2, during a virtual event on July 11. With anticipation building, rumors about the smartphone’s features and specifications have started circulating online. A recent report from a French media outlet has shed light on the European pricing, RAM and storage configurations, as well as the available color options for the Nothing Phone 2. It appears that the new flagship device will come with a higher price tag than its predecessor, mainly due to the upgraded chipset. The phone is set to run on the powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and is rumored to offer up to 12GB of RAM and a maximum of 512GB of onboard storage.

The Successor to Nothing Phone 1 Set to Debut on July 11

According to a report from Dealabs, the Nothing Phone 2 will be available in two variants. The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model is expected to be priced at EUR 729 (roughly Rs. 65,600), while the higher-end 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variant may cost EUR 849 (roughly Rs. 76,500). The handset will reportedly be offered in black and white color options.

Comparing the pricing of the Nothing Phone 2 with its predecessor, the report reveals a significant increase. The base variant of the Nothing Phone 1, featuring 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, was priced at EUR 469 in the European markets. The higher cost of the Nothing Phone 2 can be attributed to the upgraded chipset, with the new model confirmed to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. In contrast, the Nothing Phone 1 came equipped with a Snapdragon 778G+ SoC.

The original Nothing Phone 1 made its debut in July last year with an initial price tag of Rs. 32,999 in India. The company later raised the price of the smartphone by Rs. 1,000.

Mark your calendars for July 11, as it marks the official launch of the Nothing Phone 2. The virtual event will be live-streamed through Nothing’s official channels, allowing tech enthusiasts from around the world to join in. In India, the upcoming handset will be available for purchase via Flipkart, according to the company’s announcement.

As the launch date approaches, fans of the Nothing brand eagerly anticipate the unveiling of the Nothing Phone 2. With its upgraded specifications and higher price point, this flagship device is set to make waves in the smartphone market. Stay tuned for more updates and official announcements from Nothing as the launch event draws near.
