OnePlus enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating the arrival of the OnePlus Nord 3 5G, which is rumored to launch soon. According to reports, the Nord 3 is expected to be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Ace 2V, a device released in China earlier this year. The Ace 2V boasted impressive specifications, such as the octa-core 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC and a powerful 5,000mAh dual-cell battery with 80W SuperVOOC fast charging support. Additionally, the Ace 2V featured a triple rear camera setup with 50-megapixel, 8-megapixel, and 2-megapixel sensors. It is believed that the upcoming OnePlus Nord 3 will carry similar specifications and features. Adding to the excitement, leaked marketing images of the handset have recently surfaced.
A report from German publication Winfuture.de has leaked several marketing image renders of the alleged OnePlus Nord 3 5G handset. The images showcase the phone in two color variants: black and light green. The back panel reveals two circular vertically placed camera modules in the top left corner, with one sensor housed in the top module and two sensors in the second module. Two rear LED flash units are positioned alongside the camera modules. At the top of the display, a center-aligned punch-hole slot is present, expected to accommodate the front camera sensor.
Furthermore, the leaked images reveal a microphone, an IR blaster, and a speaker located on the top edge of the OnePlus Nord 3 5G. The bottom edge is shown to house the SIM slot, a second microphone, a USB Type-C port, and another speaker grille. On the left edge of the handset, the volume rocker is visible, while the power button and the alert slider are positioned on the right edge.
Previous reports suggest that the OnePlus Nord 3 5G will feature a 6.74-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. Similar to the OnePlus Ace 2V, the upcoming Nord phone is expected to be powered by the octa-core 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 9000 5G SoC, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 256GB of inbuilt storage. The device is likely to run on Android 13-based Oxygen OS 13. In terms of optics, the Nord 3’s triple rear camera setup is rumored to consist of a 50-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide unit, and a 2-megapixel sensor. For selfies and video calls, the front camera is expected to feature a 16-megapixel sensor.
Additionally, the OnePlus Nord 3 is anticipated to be equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and 80W SuperVOOC fast charging support. In terms of pricing, the phone is expected to fall in the range of Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 32,000 in India. It is likely to be available in 12GB or 16GB RAM variants with storage options of up to 256GB.
With the leaked marketing images and anticipated specifications, excitement is building for the upcoming OnePlus Nord 3 5G. The device promises powerful performance, impressive camera capabilities, and fast charging support. OnePlus fans eagerly await the official launch, hoping to experience another stellar addition to the Nord series. Stay tuned for further updates on the OnePlus Nord 3 as the release date draws near, and be prepared for a device that combines cutting-edge features with the signature OnePlus experience.
