Truecaller claims that the feature is available in select countries and is expected to expand its availability soon.
The Live Caller ID feature can be accessed in the Truecaller app by tapping the Live icon in the top right corner of the app. Once you have enabled it, it will display the caller’s name and other details before you answer the call.
In addition to the Live Caller ID feature, Truecaller has also integrated its Live Caller ID feature with Apple’s digital assistant, Siri. The integration will allow users to ask Siri to identify an unknown caller before they answer the call.
To enable the integration, users need to open the Truecaller app and tap on the Live icon in the top right corner of the app. Then, they need to open the Settings menu and enable the “Integrate with Siri” option.
Unlike other caller ID apps, Truecaller’s Live Caller ID feature is free to use. The app does not require users to pay for the service and it does not contain any in-app purchases.
