Xiaomi’s sub-brand MI launched its new Mi Band 4 in China. The new version of MI band has a color AMOLED display and with 2.5 d of the curved glass, protection is available. It has 6 axis accelerometer which will monitor daily physical activities. There is a QR code feature, which allows payment.

How much is the price

Xiaomi Mi4 is currently launched in China. The price of its standard variant is Rs 1,700, while the NFC variant is priced at Rs 2,300. Along with this, it has also been launched in the limited edition of Avengers Series, which is priced at Rs 3,500. Its sales in China will start from June 16. At present, the company has not made any official statement regarding launch and price in other markets of MI Band 4.

The company launched Mi Band 3 in China in May 2018, after which it was launched in the Indian market. The price of Mi Band 3 in India is Rs.1999.

• In the last MI Band, where there was only 0.78 inch OLED display with a resolution of 80 * 120 pixels, the new MI band 4 has a 0.95-inch color AMOLED display, which offers a resolution of 120 * 240 pixels. It has 2.5D glass protection.
• The new Band 4 has a built-in microphone in addition to touch input that supports voice commands.
• It has been given 6 axis accelerometer, which monitors everyday physical activities. It involves activities like cycling, exercise, running, swimming and walking.
• This device is rated at 5 ATMs and tracks many swimming strokes like freestyle, backstroke, butterfly and mixed style. It also detects the user’s swimming styling.
• The company has also added the payment mode in Mi Band 4. It has a QR code, which comes in front of the screen swiping, which can be paid immediately.
• Its built-in microphone supports voice commands. The company said that the voice command can also be sent to other devices connected to it.
• In addition to the physical display of Mi Band 4 display panel, notifications of new text messages and voice call on the user’s phone will also be available. With its display, the music running on the phone can be stopped with just one tap. Apart from this, it also gives live information about the weather and the stock market.
• In the display of Mi Band 4, overall, 77 colorful watch faces, 6 sports modes and all the features available in the old band are available. The company claims that it offers 20 days of backup in single charging.
