Great Laptop Computer. Lenovo Computer ReviewI’m no IT guru, so this is a total non-techy user review. I’ve owned and used this laptop computer September of 2021, and I love it! It was well past time for an upgrade, and I spent a lot of time looking at laptops, trying to decide what fit my needs and wants best. I narrowed it down to a few from Asus, Dell, Acer, and Lenovo. Even though this is marketed as a gaming laptop, it’s important to note that I am not a computer guru, nor am I a gamer. I don’t own a single game, so I can’t review it from that standpoint. I simply wanted a computer for everyday computing and web surfing, managing my music collection, editing photos, and running my telescopes (astronomy is one of my hobbies.)For my purposes, this computer is fast! It boots up in just a few seconds. The graphics are great! Being able to change the keyboard backlighting color is a great feature for me. Astronomy is a hobby of mine, so my keyboard lighting is red, since I don’t want bright light sources ruining my dark-adapted night vision when I'm using the laptop with my telescopes at night. No computer is perfect, and I do have a few minor nit-picks with this one, though there are none that I find unacceptable. First, this computer came with ABSOLUTELY NO DOCUMENTATION! No manual, printed or otherwise. Not even a quick-start guide. No CD with a manual or utilities. All you get in the box is the laptop and the power cord/AC adapter. In spite of the lack of documentation, it was pretty easy for me to power it up and start using it. Next, the AC adapter is very bulky, compared to the ones that come with most other laptops. It’s about 6”x 3”x 1”, it’s heavy for its size, and it’s situated in the middle of the power cord. I will say that the power cord is quite long, which is good. The power cord plugs into the back of the unit, rather than on the side. There’s only one USB port on right side of the computer, and there’s a USB-C port and a headphone jack on the left side. I would have preferred two side USB ports, but there are three more on the back of the unit, along with a HDMI port, another USB-C port, and a LAN connection. There’s plenty of connectability, if you don’t mind most of it being on the back of the unit. The speakers sound like typical laptop speakers, and I think it’s silly to expect much more than that. I use headphones, Bluetooth speakers, or I just Bluetooth my music from the laptop to my home stereo system. Last, the battery doesn’t last long as long as I’d like, but that’s to be expected from a computer with the high-end processing and graphics capability this computer has. For every day, non-gaming use, I get about two-and-a-half to three hours of use from the battery before I need to recharge it. If you need portability power, you’d do well to use all of the power saving settings, have an alternate power supply to plug into, or an extra battery, or consider another computer altogether. Again, none of these are things that cause me any real issues, but they might for others. In spite of them all, I do love this machine! One of the things about this computer that was a big selling point for me is that it was sold directly by Amazon, rather than a third-party vendor on Amazon. I hear a lot of hard luck stories from folks who bought computers from third-party vendors who had a tough time either getting warranty service for computers with problems, or returning them for refunds. And a lot of computers offered by third-party vendors have been modified by those vendors. I read a lot of reviews from customers of a lot of those units, complaining of inferior parts being used for the mods. Luckily for me, I had no desire to return my computer, nor have I had any functionality issues with it. But when I have had to return anything to Amazon, it’s always been a no-hassle experience for me. And to top it off, the Amazon price on this computer was less than that offered directly from Lenovo. What I like:Looks great! It’s fast! Boots up in only a few seconds.Graphics are top notch.WIFI and Bluetooth work wellKeyboard backlighting colors are changeable (red is my preference)10-key pad on keyboard (I use this a lot!)Sold directly by Amazon (at least it was when I bought mine)What I don’t like:NO documentationThe battery could last longerMost of the connectivity ports are on the back of the computerBulky AC adapterAnnoying occasional sales nags from McAfee and Microsoft. Fairly easily removed.
Great laptop for just around $1,000. The Lenovo Legion 5 with RTX 3050Ti is an amazing gaming laptop for around the $1,000~ price point. While it is true that the 3050 and 3050Ti are the lowest tier GPUs of the RTX 3000 (mobile) series, for casual gaming this laptop delivers some great performance and graphics, do keep in mind that a lot of recent AAA titles won't play at the highest graphical settings compared to if you were using a higher tier GPU like the 3060, 3070 or 3080, but for the types of games I personally play, the 3050Ti still performs great at an affordable price. The device itself is very well built, the outside is made of plastic but it feels solid, the keyboard feels nice to type and game on, the trackpad is ok but using a mouse is preferable, speakers aren't amazing but don't sound terrible either, the camera is there and it's whatever but you at least get a switch to physically disable it at any time. The display on this is great, it gets very bright, the refresh rate is of 165z, and the color accuracy is respectable. Thermals haven't been a problem with the games that I've thrown at this device, there are three fans settings to pick from: quiet, balance, and performance, even at performance mode I can barely just hear the fans kick in when a lot is happening on the screen, plus this cooling pad that I got from "havit" seems to help it a bit.Maybe my only two nitpicks (that aren't too big of a deal for me to take stars away from this product), is that the keyboard has a number pad, which is more of a subjective taste but I personally just don't ever use the number pad on any keyboard, and the second nitpick is the fact that out of the box this laptop comes with 512* GB of storage (more like 475 GB considering how much storage system files take up), but on the bright side there is a second SSD slot inside the device so storage can be upgraded in the future. If you couldn't tell, I am very happy with this laptop so far, especially considering how I went from a laptop with an AMD A12 with integrated Radeon Graphics to a Ryzen 7 5800H with RTX 3050Ti, like, over half of my Steam library has now unlocked and become playable!(Also, say "hi" to my Clairen plush from the picture).

Good quality, fast delivery. It’s really good laptop for architecture. Everything is fine , delivery was so fast
Good laptop for the money. This laptop is been pretty good to me I love the screen even though it is not 144 Hz but it is bright and crisp and clear with zero pixel issues. I don’t do graphics so the colors are fine for me. Battery life for regular browsing has been OK it lasts a few hours but make sure you have your charger handy especially if you’re going to run games or anything that will tax the cpu or gpu. It runs on built in video for normal tasks and then switches to the dedicated graphics card for more intense graphic situations. It has a built in program with some presets for usage or you can customize your own to help keep things cool and under control. I do use a cooler pad basically to lift it off of whatever surface I’m using it on although I don’t always have the fans on the cooler pad running. This is especially true when using it on the bed or anything that’s not a hard surface. It doesn’t run too hot or loud unless you are really pushing graphic programs or games. I’ve only owned it for a few months I am very happy with my purchase and I’ve had zero issues with this asus tuf 17.3 laptop. It does everything I’ve asked it to and more without complaining.
Awesome computer with excellent stand alone cooling. All in one package, and doesn't get that hot that I have noticed. Of course, once it collects some dust and if it doesn't get cleaned ,that is a different story. I got the 2tb ssd and 64 gigs of ram. The ram is basic, nothing special, typical voltages. Ssd was Western Digital.
Such an improvement over the ASUS ROG G703. Purchased this for my wife for Christmas. Such an improvement over the ASUS ROG G703. It is lighter, quieter, only uses one power supply. Great graphics, very fast. We purchased it with 2TB SSD and 64GB of memory. It's been easily handling any game we've thrown at it.
Good laptop but has it's issues. This laptop works fine for casual gaming and is working great overall so far but unfortunately the audio jack of my pc came busted. I tried to fix the problem but at the end is just that the audio jack is simply not working properly which was a great disappointment. I didn't see anyone in the comments complaining about this so, I assume I just simply go a faulty one however, the laptop seems to be performing well overall for the moment but still for a laptop of this price range you expect for everything to be working properly.UPDATE: After two weeks of having this the audio jack issue I had from the beginning it fixed it self out of nowhere and haven't give me a similar problem ever since so, I am assuming it was a driver issue. I was waiting to at least have this for 30 days to update this so here we go. The specs of this laptop are pretty decent and RAM card is upgradable which is great but apparently SSD is not but I bought an external one and it's working fine so no complaints there. I love the size of this thing and how bulky it feels but, I am still pretty sure that if you drop it, it will break even though it says it's military grade so, you don't want to be letting this fall to the ground. Software wise I had an issue with the explorer.exe getting extremely slow, which was a pain to deal with, now to be fair this could've been related to a specific software I installed but I couldn't fully confirm this. For the moment being everything is working well but it feels kinda fragile in a software spect. Gaming wise is pretty darn good, it runs GTA, GOW, Apex and other games like a charm and it's VR ready as well which I use a lot.I fully ecommend this laptop if you want it just for gaming but if you want to do other things on it like the creative stuff I use it for as well, I still recommend it but I really hope you don't go into to many technical stuff as I have which are fixable but very annoying. If buying, keep in mind that i have the i5 Intel core processor version and a lot of the bad reviews I seen are for the Ryzen processor version so I don't know if that has something do with anything but the experience may be different depending on which one you choose. Personally I rather go for an Intel processor because the las PC I had with a Ryzen processor was a horrible experience but yours may be different.
Let me tell you a story about customer service and motherboards. I had purchased the high end $4000+ ASUS ROG gaming laptop. It was great, really great. Fast forward 14 months and that $4000+ ASUS ROG gaming laptop died while in use. Dark. Cold. Lifeless. During my dismay I shipped ($80ish) the computer to have it reviewed for repair or replacement. The ASUS laptop computers are sent to a third party for returns. They informed me that the standard warranty on my $4000+ ASUS ROG gaming laptop was only good for a year (12 months from purchase), but they'd be happy to take a look and see if they could do something. After several weeks I received an email stating the motherboard had failed and it would cost just shy of $3000 to repair my $4000+ ASUS ROG gaming laptop. I was redismayed. I asked questions. Come to find out, it didn't matter that the manufacure warranty on my $4000+ ASUS ROG gaming laptop had expired, their motherboards aren't covered by their warranty. Motherboards aren't covered. Three quarters of the laptop cost isn't covered. Not covered. Their motherboards not but not their guarantee. It's a $4000+ ASUS ROG gaming laptop paperweight sitting in my closet. That was my 5th ASUS ROG gaming laptop in 14 years, and by far the most expensive. This one, the one I'm blathering about another ASUS product on, is my 6th. Less than half the price, and quality to match. I bought the 2 year extended full warranty, including motherboard, for about an additional 15% of the cost of the laptop.I was desperate, a little college broke, and I needed things man.Anyway, we have the internet, we have choices, lots and lots of choices, so customer services drastically outweighs product availability in this day and age. ASUS had a repeat, would-be-lifelong customer until my $4000+ ASUS ROG gaming laptop's motherboard wasn't good enough for the manufacturer to put under warranty. It makes me question the quality of the rest of their products. This computer, my 6th ROG, is the last thing I will ever buy from ASUS because they don't trust the motherboards on their $4000+ ASUS ROG gaming laptops enough to back them by warranty.Caveat emptor.
The media could not be loaded.

WoW Player Here - Excellent Bang for Your Buck. TLDR; This is an excellent machine for the money if you are an MMORPG player. No regrets about buying this one. It's a keeper.I recently got back into World of Warcraft after many years away and my old laptop just couldn't keep up. I started looking around at laptops capable of WoW gaming and actually tried out an MSI Stealth for a couple of weeks. It was a pretty laptop and lightweight, but man it struggled to keep up just being in a main city. Then I had a battery issue with it and decided to shop around instead of sending my brand new laptop in for work. How I use it: Play WoW, I use it for my side gig (AI Chatbots) and general doom scrolling. I don't overclock or do anything fancy to try to squeeze more out of my machine, other than minor upgrades and settings tweaks.I looked at a ton of laptops and combos of specs and finally thought I'd give this one a try. It had slightly better specs than the MSI at around the same price. This laptop is awesome. It never struggles to keep up at. I haven't done any raids yet so I don't know how it will perform in that situation but I will update once I know.Pros: performs beautifully playing World of Warcaft. Fan almost never needs to kick in, yet it also doesn't get that hot.Cons:Size/weight: this thing is heavy and huge. It packs a punch but you sacrifice portability. Yes it's a 16" laptop but I hadn't imagined just how big and heavy it would be. I have a 16" laptop for work and this is far heavier. It feels well made though. Yes you can still carry it around, but you won't want to much. I mostly keep it at home anyway so that's not a deal breaker for me.Battery life: yeah, it's pretty bad. I've been on battery power for almost an hour on "eco-mode" and it's down 15%. The power brick is also huge, so if you are communiting or traveling with this often, the weight and size of the computer with brick is going to be a drag.RAM limited to 32gb: I'm suprised such a big and powerful laptop can only take up to 32gb of ram. I have not yet upgraded my RAM yet because it's performed so well so far. I do have 32gb on hand and plan to upgrade anyway. But seeing how well it's performed so far, not having 64gb might not be an issue at all. Can't (yet) figure out how to wake from sleep with bluetooth keyboard/mouse. I have changed every possible setting under the sun, including tweaking the BIOS and it still doesn't wake on bluetooth mouse/keyboard. That's annoying. I have a really small desk that houses to 27" monitors and two laptops. I keep the laptops in a vertical stand which saves me tons of space, but it's super annoying to have to pull this thing out, open it up and wake it up.
One of the best mid-tier gaming laptops available. My gaming rig was on its way out, with an outdated i5 processor, GTX 1060 graphics card (which I paid too much for used on eBay) and 16GB of RAM, so my partner and I discussed what our next PC purchase would be. After much research, I found that the Acer Helios 300 provided a decent integrated graphics card (3060) that could play older AAA titles on Ultra, and newer ones on either High or Medium with little overclocking using stock settings most of the time. Most recently I played the Diablo IV Beta & the Resident Evil 4 remake on High settings, and it looked great on the 1920x1080 screen. On occasion I do plug it into my 4K LG Monitor, or the 4K TV in the family room via HDMI port or Mini Display Port (and doing so increasing the screen resolution to 3840x2160). At this point, its when the overclocking tool(s) become most advantageous. Yes, the fans are a bit loud, but that's normal for these devices. To combat this I pair either my Apple Airpods Max via BT or my Razer THX headset when gaming on the TV. I also use a cooling mat that has a couple fans on the bottom that help dissipate heat.I've also been using this laptop for school work which it does in a flash on anything Office 365. Webcam and built-in mic are more than enough for Zoom calls and proctored exams. This thing is overkill for school work. (Which is just an added bonus.)I've also done a bit of video editing using Adobe Premiere and it renders video files much quicker than my old PC. I'm not much of a content creator, but I imagine this computer would be great for extensive 4K video or other more complex projects. Finally, this machine has several options for expand-ability and future-proofing. Since purchasing it, I have upgraded the RAM to 32GB and have installed a second SSD drive (using the included adapter that came in the box). And I'm happy knowing that there is an empty M.2 slot available when I decide to install a third hard drive for when I need to.I have no qualms about the price, and believe it was more than fair for what's available on the market today. It's a solid mid-tier gaming laptop that's more than capable with keeping up with newer titles. With chip shortages, supply chain issues, not to mention the folks who do bitcoin mining grabbing up all the graphics cards, which in turn jack up prices to insane amounts, it was a no-brainer to replace my aging gaming rig with this laptop instead of holding out hope for a better graphics card in the future.
Excellent PC overall, gaming included. Nothing much to say, really. My main purpose reviewing is telling you about the gotchas in video for this PC. Overall, though, it is absolutely excellent. It is utra quiet even with the fans running at high speed. It does get hot, but no performance issues. What I learned about video setup: There are three display ports in this PC:1. Mini DisplayPort v1.4.2. HDMI port v2.1.3. Thunderbolt port v4 (USB-C).All display ports are capable of 4K @60Hz at least. I run my PC connected to 2 LG UltraFine 31.5in monitors at that resolution and refresh rate. However, the DisplayPort function embedded in the Thunderbolt v4 port is run by the integrated Intel HD graphics card, NOT the nVidia RTX3060 card. This is VERY IMPORTANT for gaming: The Intel integrated graphics card will NOT support DirectX 12 Ultimate. On the other hand, displays connected through ports 1 or 2 above will be un by the nVidia RTX3060 card that does support DirectX 12 Ultimate. The difference is night and day. True, I am not loading the most hardcore games ever, but still. So you get a frame of reference, my main 2 games are Age of Empires II DE and Age of Empires IV. I run both in full desktop mode, meaning the 2 monitors treated as one big monitor. AoE II DE reports consistent FPS of 60 (I have V-Sync on, which limits FPS to that of the monitor's refresh rate) with all graphics settings on. AoE IV does not seem to have a way to show the FPS, but it does run super smoothly. So there. Enjoy this super high end PC at a super low price. Oh, and you MUST use quality 8K-graded cables. FYI, the HDMI cables that shipped with my LG monitors are garbage. Get Vanky or some other reputable 8K cables.
This laptop looks great, the light up emblem on the lid is a nice touch, I got it on sale so it was certainly worth the money. it's more than fast enough for what I need it for.
Good laptop, but the seller doesn’t sent invoice, doesn’t answer his customers.
Bought this for gaming. A bit expensive, but not compared to competition, and I wanted something that I would enjoy using for several years. This laptop meets my needs and I've enjoyed the gaming experience since it arrived. Very pleased with this purchase .. and it arrived ahead or schedule!

Great so far. I am not a professional gamer but I needed a laptop for work since I travel and wanted to have the ability to still play some games here and there. So far it has done everything I need it to. Great performance while working and so far great performance while playing dead by daylight, sims 4, and genshin impact. Battery isn’t the greatest but can’t expect to game while on battery alone. Screen quality is pretty great for me as well as sound. I do like it has usb type c for charging my phone since everyone is starting to go away with traditional usb. PLEASE NOTE: the keyboard backlight is only available in the redish orange color not multi color RGB!!! This is not a setback for me but it may be for others. Windows 11 installed with no issues either and I am planning on upgrading the ram and adding more storage in the future. Like any new electronic just plug it into its charger and let the battery charge for a good 30 min before starting to get into the updating! Another note to consider is this laptop automatically turns on when you open the lid from a full shut down. Not a let down but it may be for others.
Extremely solid machine. Even though this machine doesn't have a touchscreen, I love it. It has been extremely fast and responsive and has a lot of power behind it. I would highly recommend it to anyone that asks. This machine come with 8GB memory. Do yourself a favor and expand. It has two slots that can handle up to 16 GB. Use this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08C4X9VR5?psc=1 and you will be very happy.
Buyer Beware: They sell faulty laptops. After a little over a month of working fine the laptop completely stopped working. It wouldn't power up at all, and after a conversation with Dell tech support I am having to send it to them to get it repaired. It sounds like they're going to have to replace the motherboard. I'll update this review once I hear what they have to say, but I wanted to vent my frustration and post a warning now.I gotta say, I am pretty shocked that a brand new (not inexpensive) machine would completely fail to function after so short a period of time. I have not damaged it or dropped it in any way, in fact it's barely moved as I keep it at home as my gaming machine. For comparison, my older laptop, over 4 years old, has never failed to power on and boot up, I havn't needed any technical support for it at all. Luckily I have a 1 year warranty on this laptop, but I am now very concerned about what is going to happen when it runs out. If I already have such a major problem with it after a month, what else am I going to have to deal with later on???***Update*** I realized that this falls under Amazon's return policy so I decided to forego sending it to Dell for repairs and getting it completely replaced instead. I am hoping this malfunction was just a random one-off, because the machine worked fine until it stopped working completely.
Loved it. I really like this laptop. It runs really well with my online games, but unfortunately the battery runs out quicker than my older computer, even if I'm just websufing
Exelente laptop.
So far so good. I pretty much have nothing but good to say about dell computers.Dell is all I purchase when it comes to PC's. They are, in my opinion, the most reliable out here. This particular laptop has good qualities. It's the 3rd one I've owned since laptops were invented. This one seems to get hotter than the others I've owned though.I haven't contacted dell themselves about it. I will
its great. had it for about a month now issues at allgame mode is great and doesnt get too hot on your lap
For the price it's a good deal, but you could do much better. An RTX 3060 laptop for under $1400 (with $140 discount at the time of purchase) seemed like a good deal but to get to that price point a lot was sacrificed it seems.Pros:- Price was affordable- Build quality is very sturdy. Very little flex in the chassis or screen.- In-stock. Nearly everything else I wanted was out of stock or price gouged by scalpers- No dead pixels as far as I can tell.- Nice speakers but fans can still be heard over them.Cons:- TDP of 3060 is only 90 watts. Confirmed with GPU-Z.- Gets VERY Hot. GPU easily hit 90 degrees Celsius then crashed while gaming from overheating.- Keyboard is not great. Missed key presses constantly and using red letters on black keys is a terrible idea.- Mux switch is in the BIOS and can not be changed in Windows- Bloatware. 512gb SSD but only 407gb free.- Some backlight bleed. Very noticeable on dark scenes.- Ships with dead battery. I thought I had a DOA unit cause it would not boot up.- Color is not black. It's a very dark dirty grey unlike the pictures.Overall its a nice laptop but I was mislead by reviews online and and the Q&A section that this was the high wattage 3060. Due to the thermal issue I'm guessing that's why they opted for the lower watt version. The cooling could be better IMHO as evidenced by the crashes I experience from overheating. If you can get it on a sale and not MSRP its a better deal than most 3050 ti laptops. It's good enough for basic gaming but don't expect to run modern games on it at high framerates/quality. Despite having a Core i7 CPU I'm constantly experiencing system stuttering which could be a windows issue or caused by all the bloatware. Dell did not include any backup disks or a restore option so I can not uninstall anything without losing it forever. I will update my review after the return period is over to see if it holds up.

Great for price. Expected downgrades are not deal-breakers, except maybe battery. This is an all-plastic laptop, but has a fairly rigid build, not like metal, but far less flex on the screen than my 5 year old Acer Aspire which needed many replacements due to flexing including a cracked screen, hinges, and back cover. This has 8 GB memory. This has and older GTX 1650. This has a 120hz display (unheard of at this price point) This has 256SSD m.2. It has a backlit Keyboard. It has an amazing processor: AMD Ryzen 5.Here's the deal. You can get similarly priced laptops that have more storage and RAM, touchscreen, etc... but you will trade down the pieces that future-proof this machine. I can walk into Walmart and get a similarly priced Pentium, i3 or a similarly priced i5 with more RAM or storage or maybe a touchscreen (if that’s important to you), but no dedicated graphics, no backlit keyboard, or expansion slots for ram or SSD. However, I can always buy more RAM or hard drive later when the price will actually be lower. I can NOT come back later and upgrade the CPU, add slots to increase the RAM, and all of a sudden make my keyboard visible in the dark when I want to work late at night sometime. I can't later upgrade the screen to 120hz as this one has. And, the GPU at this price range is perfectly adequate (Although not as future-proof). The Battery has a LOT to be desired and could be a deal breaker. I can get 5 to 6 hours if optimized back (all but battery-saver mode). My old Acer had 12 hour battery, but the screen was a significant tradeoff. Some people are saying only 6 GB RAM. That is because of the new way Ryzen processors use dedicated RAM instead of shared RAM. There is 8, it is just that old processors shared the RAM with the system. Now the new processors are dedicating part of the RAM to the processor permanently. It isn't too much different than before, but does change the way the RAM is handled and displays for availability for Windows. My system is gaming fine right now with the existing setup, but I'm not a power user. I'll wait until I can't live with the performance and then I'll go buy more RAM and SSD when it comes down lower in price, because I can. Beware of machines that downgrade built in pieces to give you more memory and hard-drive, but will be outdated in 4-7 years instead of 7-10+ years depending on what you plan to do with the machine. Those are not good tradeoffs. Lenovo seems to have hit a sweet spot in this price range with its optimal upgradeability and good built in features for for the price you pay.If you need a power machine, this is not it. This is a good midrange machine that will allow you to do a diverse amount of tasks without lagging out or crashing, and should last a long time with the specs it has.
Worth the first price in the category "cheapest 2021 gaming laptop". For sure this is the more affordable, easily upgradeable gaming laptop in the market this year. Not only for the cost ($660) but for the improvements you can do. The keyboard is rock solid; the 120 Hz display is awesome, the heat dissipation is very good, despite that the laptop heats significantly when is working hard or gaming. But, in general, the build is much better than other brands in the same price range. In fact, right now is $100 or less than other laptops with the same hardware or worse. The first picture shows the interior of the laptop, exactly as it arrived.I recommend to do two important improvements in the laptop. The first one is to improve the RAM. Firstly, because with a single module works at single channel. But my recommendation is to replace the original ram module in the laptop. AMD processors are very sensitive to memory latency and rank. But the memory that came by default is a single side/dual rank (1Rx16) Samsung memory. If you look up for reviews in expert channels in Youtube (like Linus Tech Tips or Jarrod's Tech), the speed with a single rank/double side RAM improves up to 20%. I opt for these pair of T-Force modules, because right now is the cheapest and works so fine, exactly like other more expensive memories. The second important improvement I recommend is the hard drive. The laptop came with a WD 256gb PCIe 3.0 disc, relatively slow (1900-950 Mb/s), but tiny (2242). The motherboard supports up to PCIe 4.0, so you can buy a disc up to 7000 Mb/s. For the second 2280 slot I choose a 2TB Inland disc, considerably faster (3500-3000 Mb/s), but considerably cheaper than a PCIe 4.0 disc. The motherboard supports 2 NVMe discs and an additional SATA disc, and the laptop came with adapters and the enclosure for a standard 2.5 SATA disc (mechanical or SSD). But unfortunately, there is no way (o no clean way) to connect all the three discs at the same time. It can be done in a dirty way, if anyone figures it out. I tested the three discs at the same time with the laptop open and it worked, but there is no room for the three discs at the same time once you close the laptop. Additional recommendation: do not forget to migrate the SO to the faster disc.
Amazing for its price. Ive had this for about a year now, great for any game I want to play. Amazing 120hz screen, its 1080p and has pretty good color matching. Performance is great, the Ryzen 5 5600h is amazing for any game and any task. The GTX 1650 is a little outdated but is good at gaming any game at mid to high settings and still get above 60fps. Great at rending, great at video and photo editing, and the coolers keep the cpu and gpu from over heating, have not had any thermal throttling at all. The port selections are good, having a type c hub is good if you have external accessories like me. Both USB type A ports are nice and fast, and the type c can do anything a usb c can do. Best buy for how much i got it for, which was $650. Good laptop if you're into moblie gaming but don't care about playing 4k at 200fps. Great for kids, cheap on price, but not performance. Only thing I did was upgrade the ram and storage and its been running perfect since. Out of all the other gaming laptops out there this one is best price for what you're getting.
The media could not be loaded.

Solid laptop that mixes productivity and gaming. This laptop is for someone who wants a laptop to take around and do productive work on and also play modern games at high settings. There are others with faster GPUS, but hardly any that can claim 6-9 hours of battery life like this one. There are tons of battery saving features, like a dedicated key to change what power profile to use. The 144hz screen auto sets to 60hz on battery so save battery life. Gaming on a AAA game at high settings, 30 fps, I get around 2-3 hours of battery life. Less demanding games can go more. Other contemporary laptops i've used can really only game for an hour or so while on battery. You can also set the battery life to be capped at 80% or 60% to extend it's usable life. I usually keep it on 80% and still have long battery life. And it comes in at a hell of a competitive price.#CPUThe cpu is a bit lacking when compared to other 6-8+ core laptops, but it's a good tradeoff for the lower TDP (and less power consumption). It is more than capable for most peoples work though. It cannot be undervolted like any new intel chip, which I did not know until researching it.#GPUThe 3050ti has been able to run any game I throw at it on high settings, and older games can be ran easily on my 4k monitor and the native 4k resolution. It can get fairly loud when gaming at high performance for awhile, I game with headphones so I don't notice it when i take them off. But this will be an issue for really any gaming laptop, especially one this thin.#PortsThunderbolt 4 can be connected to external docks and external GPUS. Allows 100w usb c charging so you can run laptop off one cable, but keep in mind this is less than the 180wpower brick, and if you are gaming at high performance, it will slowly drain the battery unless you also have the power cable connected. I also got a 50$ external 20000 mah battery with 65w usb charging which can bring the laptop from 10-80%. Nice!It is annoying how the ports are all at least half way down the machine, as the top half is for the fan outputs.I am able to drive two 4k at 60hz monitors, an external HDD, mouse and keyboard, and charge the device all from a single cable. For those whose primarily use a laptop at a desk setup like me, and occasionally like to take it off to go work on the couch or bed or something, this makes it super easy just having the one cable.#UpgradeabilityThere are 8gbs of ram soldered onto the board, and an additional slot, which I throw a 16gb stick in for 24gb. There is an additional m.2 slot which I put another 512gb ssd in. Speaking of which, the SSD is crazy fast. While looking up benchmarks for other laptops, this one easily beat them all. I don't remember exact numbers but it's there.#Display1080p, 144hz. Good color reproduction, and clear sharp images. Does not look washed out or anything. Not the brightest for working in sunlight though, but it's usable. The screen cannot tilt back 180 degrees, more like 140 ish? I use a laptop stand so I cant have it as vertically tilted as I like, but for 99% of people this is a non issue. The hinges feel solid and don't seem like they will crap out or break off like other.#Keyboard & TrackpadThe backlit keyboard (one color, changeable brightness with keyboard keys or using software, also has different modes like breathing) is solid. Key travel is not shallow and has a good click. I do not notice a difference in quality with my Mx master key keyboard. The trackpad is average. Not glass, but precise and not an annoying texture. Not much to say on it. It gets the job done.#Design and buildIt is marketed as a 'tough' laptop and while it doesn't feel much different from a normal laptop (and isn't metal, it's some sort of hard plastic polymer), I have had 0 damage in the year i've owned it.The Tuf Dash f15 is solid, yet lightweight and not annoying to lug around. It is thin and not too heavy, and has similar dimensions and weight of most high powered ultrabooks. It has an attractive design that reminds me of a razer or macbook, I wish it didn't have the 'TUF' on the lid though it is very subtle coloring thankfully#Bugs Glitches & SoftwareThis is the first laptop i've had where I have not encountered really any bugs or glitches. I have had BSOD but I am almost postive these are from the Dell TB16 thunderbolt dock i'm using. Even these have only happened 2 times in 3 months. The laptop is ran off of Asus Armory Crate service, which has features such as profile switching, game optimziation, system tweaking and more. It can be accessed via a dedicated key. It is not super lightweight of a program, but not overly consuming either. You can close the program in task manager and the laptop will not have any issues, just some features are closed off.
Pretty good. I tested this with a few games, all unmodded unless otherwise stated, and here are my results:Resident Evil 2 - runs fine on mid to high settings, does NOT run fine on max settings due to low VRAMSkyrim VR - runs fine on max settings, but I suspect that it will struggle with a lot of mods.Subnautica (MODDED) - runs fine in both flat screen and VR.Karnage Chronicles - runs fineAlien Isolation - runs fine on max settingsArizona Sunshine - runs fine on max settingsBlade and Sorcery - runs fine on high settings, does NOT run fine on max settingsHalf Life: Alyx - runs fine on max settingsCPU intensive programs that I've tested:FL Studio - runs fineBlender - run fineThat should probably be enough to give you an idea of how well this thing performs. The fan does get a little loud, but I wear headphones, so it doesn't bother me. There is only 4GB of VRAM, which is not very much at all and seems to be the primary bottleneck on this system. I must admit, I was a bit disappointed that RE2 Remake wasn't able to run on max settings for this reason despite being a 4 year old game. I suppose it still looks good on mid to high settings, but I was expecting more from a 3000 series graphics card. Basically, it doesn't run games any better than my 1070ti did with 8GB of VRAM. Overall though, despite that minor gripe, I'm happy with it. It does what it's supposed to do.
A purchase that works. Asus TUF Gaming laptops are known for their durability, performance, and affordability. The Asus TUF Flash 15 is one of the latest models in the TUF series, and it offers a range of benefits for users, particularly for students. Here are some of the benefits of buying an Asus TUF Flash 15:Pros: Performance: The Asus TUF Flash 15 is powered by a 11th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, making it a powerful machine that can handle most applications and multitasking needs. Durability: The Asus TUF Flash 15 has a tough and rugged build quality, making it resistant to accidental drops, spills, and other mishaps. This makes it an ideal choice for students who need a laptop that can withstand frequent travel and everyday use. Affordability: Compared to other high-performance laptops, the Asus TUF Flash 15 is relatively affordable, making it an attractive option for students who are on a budget. Graphics: The laptop comes with a dedicated NVIDIA GeForce RTX3050 graphics card, which means that it can handle most graphics-intensive applications and even some casual gaming.Cons: Battery Life: The Asus TUF Flash 15 has a relatively short battery life, which is a common drawback of most gaming laptops. This means that users may need to carry a charger with them or stay close to a power source. Portability: With a weight of around 2.15 kg, this laptop is heavier than some other ultrabooks and may be less portable.Overall, the Asus TUF Flash 15 is a great laptop for students who need a durable, high-performance machine that can handle demanding applications and multitasking needs. While it may have some limitations, its strong points make it a solid choice for students who don't want to sacrifice on performance or build quality.
Previously I would have probably ignored one star reviews on Amazon; I've been buying from them worldwide and generally found customer service to be satisfactory. BUT: Don't buy a laptop, or anything similar from Amazon.sg, unless you are willing to take the risk that it won't work, and a return (to the US) will cost you hundreds of dollars. This is the situation I face. Pay extra - sometimes not much - and buy local so you can return it if faulty. That's what I'll be doing, after paying shippers SG200+ to return this faulty item and get my refund. Not to mention all the time and hassle.
Me encantó.

A must have for those with large ears. I have large ears that stick out quite far from my head. This is the first set of headphones I have ever used with a deep enough well to accommodate them with no pushing or pain. For that alone, 5/5.Otherwise:Pros:- Cost effective- Easy to use, plugged in and worked fully immediately.- Padding is thick and very comfortable- Good cord length- Exceptional sound cancellationCons:- A bit snug horizontally, if you have a wider head it will pinch.- Audio balancing is a bit odd. Works fine for gaming but would not be my first choice for listening to music. Not bad if its all you have though.- Mic is inflexible, wish I could move it towards or away from my face more.- Mute toggle has no light to indicate you are muted, so easy to miss.Overall I really enjoy these, and would buy them again.
Amazing Customer Service. I actually bought this headset for work instead of gaming, but it works amazingly well for both. I had it for about a week before I encountered an issue where the microphone wasn’t picking up my voice or other sounds very well. It was extremely quiet and i had to practically shout to be heard. When I contact customer service about this, they were so extremely helpful and on top of it! They had me describe the issue, sent me some troubleshooting steps, and then offered to replace the headset for no charge at all. The new one has no issues and works flawlessly! I’ve had a lot of gaming headsets over the years (both for gaming and for work) but this one is by far one of the most comfortable i’ve ever worn. I wear glasses, and my frames are pretty thick, so over-the-ear headsets are a must.Something i usually run into with headsets that have lights on them is that you can hear the electronics in your ear when you turn the volume up. Even when i have my volume jacked up to max, i can’t hear any electronics or feedback from the lights. That’s a huge plus for me personally, considering I use the headset for work. The noise cancellation is pretty stellar too. The cord is long and flexible enough that i’m able to stand up and move away from my desk if i need to, and the easy access to volume control and mute is a super helpful feature. It may sound a little dumb, but something i look for in a headset is the lack of that loud clicking sound when you mute a headset. You know how that goes, sometimes someone puts you on mute and you can hear the sound of them turning the mute on and off? Drives me insane. But this headset doesn’t have that, which is great. The mic is really good about not picking up external sounds, either. I can sit directly in front of my fan while i’m at work and the mic doesn’t pick up that obnoxious static noise from it. It’ll definitely pick up when my dog decides to go on a barking spree, but that’s to be expected. The lights on the outside aren’t necessary, but they’re a neat little touch i really enjoy. Love the colors too. Overall, excellent comfort, noise dampening, noise cancellation, and features.I could knock off a star for the first headset i got having an issue after the first week, but i won’t. The customer service was so fast and so helpful that it wouldn’t feel right. Sometimes technology is faulty, and so far i haven’t had any issues with the new set and it’s been over a month.
Very good, but some minor issues. I bought these headphones in September 2023 (it is December 2023 at the time of writing this) and I have had little to no issues with them! They fit perfect, the sound is great, I can't hear anybody talking around me so I'm guessing the noise cancellation is working well, but I have a few issues with it.Firstly, the wire. The cord is made of some soft material instead of the traditional rubber, which was fine at first, but over time it started to coil around itself and start tearing for some reason. No rubber wire I've used has done this, and it sucks trying to pull on the cord to get it to straighten out just for it to go right back to coiling around itself again. The wire that's poking out isn't a huge issue at the moment, but it just keeps getting worse over time.Secondly, the mute switch. It doesn't work at all anymore. I haven't dropped these headphones, haven't messed with its wiring other than the coiling issue, haven't done anything to harm the headphones in any way, yet the switch to mute my microphone just suddenly stopped working. Flipping it to mute still allows people to hear what I'm saying, and flipping it to unmute does the same, which is a bit odd. Finally, the instructions to set up 7.1 audio are either outdated or just wrong. I have a Windows 10 computer, and the tag on the cord is meant for a Windows computer, yet I cannot find anything regarding the 7.1 audio anywhere on my computer, even after researching for an hour and a half. I'm not sure if the 7.1 audio even works because of this, or if the headphones just don't support it at all, but there is no indication on what I'm supposed to do to enable it on my computer.Overall, other than the three issues above, I really like these headphones and will continue using them until the wire decides to break one day. The bass is amazing, the sound quality and volume is great, and the fit is perfect. Solid 7.5/10
Best set of headphones ever. I go thru headphones as anyone does and its hard to find a set that isn't super expensive and still provides decent sound. I found them! They are well constructed, with a braided wire that is strong and wont stretch. The headset fits right, is tight and adjustable. They are cool to look at when they are sitting on top of my computer while I'm not wearing them, although the lighting isn't a reason I bought them. More importantly, I use my headset for gaming AND conversing with people. I use discord and can change the volume of each person which is awesome, but in previous headsets no matter what you changed the game volume to, it was never loud enough and I had to turn discord volumes down just to play the game. I'm a first responder, so when my phone goes off, the mic doesn't pick up the screeching tones, but hears my voice just fine. The mic doesn't pick up any of the noise in the background, which can be a lot sometimes! The best part was the headset was a third of the price of a lot of the highly rated models of others, which is a huge deal for me. I will spend money on a quality item, but I wont waste money on name brands. This was a great find, highly recommended.
First off, it came in a beautiful cloth bag, was easy plug and play, best of all was the great sound. Don't get me wrong, it's not Bose quality but very pleased with the sound and it didn't cost much. Great value.
Overall these are a good, cheap set of USB headphones. They are fairly comfortable, with decent sound. comes with flip up mic, mute button, and volume dial. The only negatives are the overall sound quality is a bit muffled and underpar. However, these are low cost, and a good budget buy. The USB connection works flawless, and doesn't cut out. The cord is cloth wrapped and fairly tough looking.Overall, if you need a quick cheap headset these are a good option to consider.
Great sound quality though not much bass. No noise cancelling. Headphones often give me a headache even after short-term wear and I have quite a small head so the bands are often too long, meaning the ear pads sit too low on my ears, but these headphones are light and I can wear them all day. The band is a good fit too and the ear pads sit in the right spots on my ears. The mic seems to be decent quality.
These headphones are sturdy, they sound great, and they cover my ears just right. The switch in the middle of the cord (for controlling the volume and mic) is also quite small, which is great since my last pair had a huge box-like controller that was frustrating to work around. You can't control the lights, but it looks great anyways. The cord is also made of braided material, and it's quite sturdy as well without being cumbersome or inflexible. Since I use a different microphone I haven't had a need to use the one on the headset, but it's quite sleek and stays next to your mouth. I don't quite know how good the mic sounds, but if you're spending this little on a headset you should expect the mic to not be incredible. In my opinion, where this headset really shines is in the sound quality and durability of the product itself. Most headsets in this price range are made of cheap materials and start to fritz out after a while, but I can guarantee that if you take care of these ones they'll last you a really long time. They don't hurt my ears or my head when they stay on for an extended period of time, and they're also really nice for listening to music or watching YouTube. I think everything about these headphones other than the mic's quality is perfect, so if you don't have much to spend on an expensive pair then I highly recommend these.
I tested these headphones extensively and was surprised that the low price of the product was also delivering a good result. There are far more expensive headsets for gaming about in the market. There is only a little difference in the quality of sound. The price is a remarkable point. If you are willing to pay hundreds of dollars and brag what a wonderful set of headphones you have, fine. Nevertheless, this product does it as well, it looks good and is rather funky with the changing of lights. Good price, good product, well done, Amazon.

A One Month Review .../With Update 8/28/2022. REASON FOR PURCHASE - I purchased this laptop because my Dell XPS 8100 desktop kept freezing/restarting several times a day. A fresh clean re-install of Windows 10 was not remedying the situation, and I had no desire to troubleshoot every component to see what was the underlying problem. Overall, this issue was seriously affecting my productivity, as well as sanity.POTENTIAL ALTERNATIVES - I was mainly looking for a desktop replacement - not a laptop. I checked Dell, Amazon, BestBuy, as well as other 'PC build' websites such as 'ibuypower', but found prices too high overall. Basically, the price was the driving factor for me in purchasing this laptop. The final price was slightly under $1,300 w/ taxes, and I found that to be a fair price for performance ratio.MUST HAVES - Since this was my first PC replacement in nearly 10-years, I wanted to make sure I got a 11th Gen i7 Intel processor, as well as an RTX 3000 series graphics card. I was looking for a RTX 3060ti minimum, but I could not find a match within my budget.PREVIOUS HARDWARE - My Dell XPS 8100 was still using the 1st Gen i5 650 processor, with a PNY GTX 970 updated graphics card. I honestly would have gone another year or two before changing my PC, if these freezing problems were not there.FIRST IMPRESSIONS - Seems well built - I also liked the keyboard lighting. Chassis seems solid, and I liked all the available ports on the sides. The design was appealing, being perfectly rectangle with the lid closed - no protruding sections to put the shape out of balance.HOW IT IS USED - I use this laptop as a desktop replacement - I only open the screen lid to power it on. Otherwise, I use an external monitor and keyboard.HOW OFTEN USED - I keep this laptop on for at least 8-hours a day. It was purchased roughly a month ago, so it's been used rather frequently.GAMING (@ 1080p only) - It is a notable upgrade from my Dell. Previously in games like WoW or FFXIV, I was getting under 60 FPS frequently in crowded areas. Now, I get dizzy by how quickly the screen rotates in-game, forcing me to lower the mouse-sensitivity. In WoW, I am constantly at 100 FPS with the occasional dips to 90 FPS. I'm also currently playing Ubisoft's 'The Division', but the max I can get is 60 FPS with regular dips to 47 FPS @ medium settings. Not killer performance, but a huge upgrade nevertheless.FAN NOISE - For everyday non-gaming use (i.e., web browsing), it is a low hum you can only hear if you're within 20-inches to the laptop. When gaming, it can ramp up to a constant loud whirl.HEAT - Similarly to fan noise, heat is negligible for non-gaming use. For gaming, it can get warm over time, but I use this product: 'Zimilar Monitor Stand Riser', to keep it propped up for heat dissipation. It seems to work well in keeping this laptop cool.STORAGE - It only comes with one 512GB M.2 device, so storage for my gaming needs is very limited. I looked at YouTube videos to see if it can be upgraded, but it honestly looked like a PITA to do so. So, I have invested in external SSD solutions for space.WIFI – My router is roughly 25-feet away (through walls), but I get consistent download/upload speeds with the occasional dip. No major connection loss or issues otherwise.BLOATWARE - It comes with a lot of MSi propriety software, as well as Norton Security Suite. Also, a trial version of Microsoft Office 365. I spent a good amount of time sorting through, and uninstalling a lot of them.BATTERY - I've only tested it off the plug once. Even without gaming, it was eating through the battery pretty quickly. I surmise it'd only go about 3-hours before draining out. This laptop is definitely not recommended if longevity off the plug is a priority of yours.PROBLEMS – The only ‘issue’ I’ve come across is if I’ve gamed for a long period of time, or I’ve been moving large files around. The performance of the laptop may drop significantly. I remedy this by a simple reboot, which clears up the issue. Also to note, this laptop has not frozen on me once.CONCLUSION - When I purchased this laptop, I considered it an intermediary, until I gathered the necessary funds to invest in a desktop with a minimum of RTX 3070. However, it has proven to be a mini-powerhouse. I don't play above 1080p, and I can live with medium-settings if performance seems to dip. It performs excellently on non-gaming tasks, and I now have a mobile gaming platform if I want to take it to a friend's house. All-in-all, I am quite satisfied with my purchase, and may now wait until the RTX 4000 series come out before I consider a desktop.Overall, highly recommended for purchase.--------------------------------------------------UPDATE 08/28/2022CURRENT STATUS - Yes, it's still working fine. Performance has not dipped, and I only re-installed Windows 11 once because I replaced the 512GB M.2 with a 'Samsung 970 EVO 2TB' several months ago. Also, despite being on 8-hours a day or more, the keyboard LEDs are still functioning bright. That's more than 2,900-hours that this laptop has been on since its purchase.HARDWARE ISSUES - None. Screen, ports, fans, WiFi, Bluetooth, and trackpad are all still working fine - of course given the caveat that I still strictly use an external keyboard/mouse/monitor setup.NEW REVELATIONS - Only one. Gaming off the AC Adaptor is a fool's errand. Performance throttled severely after 10-minutes because the laptop was getting so hot, and the battery lasted no more than 35-minutes tops. This was while playing 'Aliens: Fireteam' on Steam.PRODUCT OVERVIEW - I am still happy with my purchase and see no need to change for several more years. Of course, if I find myself with a lot of disposable income, I can see myself getting a new gaming desktop. But beyond that scenario, I am perfectly content with its performance and durability.
AFFORDABLE, GREAT FIRST GAMING LAPTOP. I bought this MSI Stealth 15M on September 12,2021. When I received the laptop, everything was amazing. Here are pros and cons.PRO:- Can run games such as COD, VAL, CYBERPUNK- LIGHTWEIGHT- LOTS OF STORAGE 450+ GB- DECENT PRESENTATION.- LONG LASTINGCON:- fan is very VERY LOUD especially on cooler boost mode.- CPU has trouble staying at a low temp, never goes pass 90 F but gets at a warm temperature.- GPU gets at a warm temperature, but never burns out.- Sometimes has a message saying "your PC has run into a problem" (only had it twice but still a concern)Aside from cons, I would recommend this computer for gaming start, a cheap laptop instead of a 10,000 dollar Desktop.
Awesome high performance- low batterry life- colling fan bearing failures. Im writing this review because I purchased this laptop on 03/22/2022. Today is March 1, 2023. I am two weeks away from having owned this pc for a year. The pros- super fast everything- awesome graphics- doesnt hurt the pocket as much as other gaming laptops. The cons? Battery life SUCKS- it is basically on an IV- you can adjust the settings but even on the optimal or silent condiotions, this CPU and GPU are so powerful they drain the battery in 2 hours or less- even when your not doing anything serios. Just using excel or word- battery drain. The only other con that i have that I ant pepl to be aware of- about 2 weeks ago I started having fan noise- bearings failing. I am now trying to find OEM replacements. This things spins fans at over 6000RPMs. . . yes, that is correct- 6000RPMs. I can not find fans that are rated for that high of RPMs and I need them before my PC melts down- I have always used a cooling pad as support and kept the guts clean and treated this ting like a newborn baby in terms of gentleness. It is just a parts issue- not a user/operator error. I am a MEchatronics Engineering Student and a programmer as well as a controls system specialost so my computer is my every day tool and with that said- my purposes demand quality and power as much as reliability and I take very good care of my equipment. This PC has not let me down- besides the fact that the fan bearings are barking now. I also want to mention that this little PC will support up to 4 extended displays wit hno issues, run multiple intense programs and take it all with a beating- has never went over 70 degrees celcius and i rin this littlpe puppy overclocked to the max- hence the fan issue- however that is what this PC is meant/designed/built for. If anyone knows were i can find cooling fans PLEASE let me know. I really want to replace them with high performance fans and not just run of the mill aftermarket general condition types fans. Thanks!!!!!! I deinately wisay that I do not think you will be dissapointed in your purchasse of this PC. Ii have only "gamed" on it once or twice- EVE Online and it performed flawlessly. Unbelievable graphics- a 12 hour binge with not a single issue.
Very solid laptop. Pros:Laptop has a very fast start time due to solid state driveRuns every game I play on the highest settingsWell lit and comfortable keyboardBeautiful screenFor a gaming laptop the battery life is acceptable, around 4-5 hours when doing schoolwork.Able to change keyboard colorFeels sturdy with an aluminum body.Lightweight.Cons:I have read that, though the video card is capable of running VR; their are some complications in running VR. I have not tried this myself, but it is something you might want to research before buying. The speakers are a bit more quiet than I would prefer them to be. I use a headset when gaming so it is hardly an issue. The fans are pretty loud on the highest setting, however I rarely need to have them on this setting.Overall I am very pleased with the laptop. It arrived in perfect condition and protected by 2 boxes. It was easy to set up and has not caused me any issues.
Recomendable
Sono molto soddisfatto del mio acquisto. Il Pc é sottile e potente. Ottimo venditore e servizio Amazon impeccabile

Good Gaming Laptop for a Budget. No issues so far, great laptop for the price. The larger screen I love; I did do an upgrade to 16GB DDR4 and added 1T secondary m2, still have room for a standard SSD if I want. The upgrade wasn't a required upgrade just something I did to make it a bit more future proof and expand so I could also use it for work.Even with the upgrade the price is below 1100.00 for a very capable Gaming machine.Playing Fallout 4 before the upgrade I was using Ultimate settings and it never slowed down or stuttered. You do sometimes notice the fans spin a bit faster but that's to be expected. It doesn't get hot that I have found, it's heavy but again to be expected; it's built to be tough, to take the bumps and bangs a laptop gets and keep on going.Looks great to, I do notice some fingerprints/palmprints leaving marks but a quick wipe-down removes them.
Performs Well, Fans Not as Loud As Expected. Reading the reviews for this PC, I was expecting this laptop to sound like it's about to take off at mach 5, but it's really not that loud compared to a struggling older PC or an original PS4 pro whose fan is overworked on newer games. Sure it's not quiet by any means, but not nearly as distracting as I anticipated. Performs well but does get pretty warm during intensive gaming even with an additional cooling pad underneath, so definitely get one of those. The weirdest thing is that when you plug or unplug your charger, the screen goes black for a couple of seconds, presumably due to switching power settings. Shouldn't be an issue during gaming sessions however as of course you should have it plugged in for performance anyway, but something to be wary of if your charger cable ever starts to go out. Internal memory isn't huge so I did buy an additional 4TB SSD, which installed smoothly. Runs FFXIV without issues and scored an extremely high on the Shadowbringers benchmark and a very high on the Endwalker benchmark, so should be good for MMO gaming for another couple of years without upgrades.
Great specs for money paid. What can I say? Reading about the negative reviews about this product had me quite afraid to get a damaged piece on delivery. However the laptop arrived in perfect condition and I am very satisfied with the packaging, delivery time and condition of my package.Secondly, this laptop is very good for most of the games in the market. Though I don't know if it will work well on high end core games present in the market nowadays. However for the games I like, this works super fast and I am quite satisfied with that. And thirdly and most importantly, I am also using this laptop for my work purposes and for that I have to run multiple software at the same time and this quite demanding of the system. However this laptop is performing quite excellently on that function as well.Overall I am very satisfied for the amount of money I paid and the specs I got in return.
Battery life and speaker volume is HORRIBLE. I do not use this computer for gaming. I only use it for trading stocks, watching YouTube videos and occasionally browsing and uploading movies. The battery life is horrible! As for the sound…. I watch a lot of YouTube videos about stocks. The sound is VERY low. I have all sound cranked up to 100 and it’s STILL low! I would say this is NOT good for gamers. I would not buy this if you are looking for long battery life and loud speakers. The fan is also quite loud.
This notebook has issue with integrated camera disappearing from time to time. You have a video call, there are some stripes in video but it works. Then you have a second video call, and it says "camera was not found".After some time or restart camera is available again...
