one of the best values out there for recent generation gaming laptops. My 8-year old Acer Aspire Win10 laptop is still working, but is not capable of running Win11, and since support for Win10 ends next year, time to think of getting a new generation laptop. This new Acer Nitro 17 is a beast, and at a great Black Friday price. With the 17-in. display, RTX 4060 GPU , Ryzen 7 7840HS CPU, and 1TB SSD HD, this would be a really decent gaming laptop. I don't game, but this thing will be capable of equally-demanding video editing/transcoding or 3D modeling/engineering/design apps. This laptop also comes in a variation using an Intel i7 CPU for about the same price, which made for a tough choice since both models of CPU are similar in performance. I ultimately went with this AMD processor because of slightly faster RAM speed and slightly lower power consumption, so hopefully it will run a little cooler as well. (But frankly, either CPU would be good). This laptop boots up fast and runs like a champ, with a clear, sharp, and bright BIG-screen display (which also means a full size keyboard underneath); I'm thrilled with its performance. The jury is still out on Win11, but I guess that's something I'll get used to. The only upgrade I'm considering is doubling the RAM from 16 to 32 GB, and possibly a 2TB SSD if I ever get close to filling up the 1TB model already installed. This is a GREAT large-screen laptop at a good price, especially if you can catch it on a price dip like Black Friday. I'm a big fan of Acer, and this laptop is highly recommended!EDIT:After 2 months, decided to double the RAM to 32GB after noticing Windows 11 utilized over 25% of total RAM capacity even when running at idle, not leaving much excess for really intensive apps or heavy multi-tasking. OEM RAM was (2x8GB) DDR5 5600CL46 by Hynix, a well-regarded brand.... YES, 5600MHz memory speed as opposed to the slower 4800MHz speed shown in the listing specs, which is a nice bonus. Several good brands to choose from for the RAM upgrade (Corsair, Crucial, Hynix, Patriot, Gskill, etc.), but one stood out. Kingston Fury 5600CL40 SODIMM's not only run at 5600MHZ speed, but also have better latency (CL40, as opposed to CL46 for the other brands). Price was reasonable as well (in fact, cheaper than most of the others; and co-incidentally, using chips made by OEM manufacturer Hynix), so I definitely recommend Kingston Fury RAM as an excellent upgrade for this AMD-based Nitro 17 laptop. CPU-Z utility shows the new RAM is working fine at 5600 MHz speed and CL40 latency rating. (see attached photos for before-and-after CPU-Z displays of RAM memory, 16GB old vs. 32GB new). Now when laptop is running at idle, Windows 11 only seems to use about 12% of RAM, leaving much more for app-related purposes, so everything should run more smoothly and quickly, even when multi-tasking. This motherboard is capable of handling up to 64GB of total RAM, but from what I've read that much is overkill - an unnecessary expense and excessive RAM that will never get fully utilized. 32GB of RAM seems to be the sweet spot for maximum efficiency in this system. Makes this fantastic laptop even better than before!
Not sure why anyone would give this less than 5 stars. Overall Build Quality: Laptop is nice and thicc. Thick plastic casing and has some weight to it. Screen is really nice and only thing I would say that's, "wrong" with it is the colors. Some pedant in these reviews mentioned the colors looking washed out on certain images. I've only noticed that once on some yellow background and it's so minimal I wouldn't knock any points for it. Because the screen is really nice. So nice in fact, that I now want to replace my 144hz 1080p monitor on my main PC. The keyboard is really nice too. When I'm casually gaming I'll use the laptops keyboard but I still prefer a nice ,clicky, mechanical keyboard. Speakers aren't super loud if that matters to you but they sound okay.Cooling: They used liquid metal on the CPU and GPU instead of thermal paste so the temperatures stay below 80 degrees Celsius without any additional cooling. The fans have only blasted one time for me and I was gaming without the laptop propped up. Overall, the laptop is very quiet and stays cool. Only issue with the liquid metal is it will be a pain to change out in the future and you might want to take it to a professional to replace for you.Battery: I'm able to do an entire session(8 hours) of Ableton music production on just battery life... Haven't tried recording yet but I'm not worried. The battery also charges very fast and lasts a long time, which is nice. I haven't tried gaming on battery life but maybe I will and add to review later.Gaming/Screen: 10/10 for gaming, what I would expect for a laptop at this price point and it delivers. No need for an external monitor, I'm able to play Counter Strike 2 on this laptop alone without issue. 165-185FPS at 2K but can probably improve a lot dropping to 1080p. There's obviously delay but visually unnoticeable. I played DOOM(2016) on Ultra at 2K resolution with steady 185FPS.Optimus: Laptop has advanced Optimus. You can also bypass Optimus altogether and have the laptop run solely on the 4060 GPU bypassing the IGPU. Very nice laptop.
The media could not be loaded.  I was buy that when it was in November 11 and only one month with several day it was broken . the light are on and the fan is active but leg top doesn’t work with black screen

I got a lemon. Returning and eagerly awaiting a second (functional) unit. UPDATE (22 March 2022):New unit arrived yesterday and started up perfectly. As for a laptop, it's perfectly functional. The design is nice, the keyboard feels nice (trackpad takes some getting used to clicking), there are enough ports for the peripherals I use, and it's run older games for 5 hours straight with negligible heat. I haven't tested the webcam and microphone yet.I don't play new or graphic-intensive games, but this ran very well on older games (Team Fortress 2, Spec Ops: The Line, Magic the Gathering 2014) and some newer ones (Deep Rock Galactic). I plan to run Halo Infinite and Outer Wilds later this week and expect it to perform well.I will keep this updated as my time with this computer progresses. 5/5___________________________________________________________________OLD REVIEW (20 March 2022):TL;DR - I'm sure the laptop is great but the one I received is defective (can't charge - motherboard issue). I am returning it to Amazon and have ordered another one, as I'm sure a functioning unit will meet my expectations for this product. I will update my review when my second order arrives. As for now, 1 star for defective product.I wanted a budget gaming laptop to replace my retired ASUS G55VW (2011). I chose this model due to its strong specs for a budget device, including an RTX 3050Ti (midrange for graphics cards in 2021 but supports the burgeoning ray-tracing technology used in current games), Core i7 CPU, 1 TB SSD storage, and 16GB memory. I also chose this because I wanted a 17-inch screen. The price point maxed out my acceptable budget range (~$1200).I believe this laptop is a good choice for me considering these specs and the price, and I look forward to trying it out.HOWEVER, the model I received appears to be defective - I believe I got a lemon. Upon unboxing, plugging the charger into the laptop did not illuminate the 'charging' light on the laptop, even after trying different electrical outlets and surge protectors. I took it to a local computer repair shop and the tech confirmed the charger itself was functional, as his voltmeter reported 19+ V. Upon opening the device and testing it, he concluded that something was wrong with the motherboard that prevented charging (I am unfamiliar with computers and cannot relay the significance of what he said).I filed for a return-and-replace with Amazon; they accepted the return but denied the replacement - likely so I couldn't keep both laptops and run. The laptop is currently repackaged and I will drop it off at UPS for a return in the next couple of days.I immediately ordered another unit, as this model was my first choice. I expect the second product to work just fine and meet my purchasing expectations, and eagerly await its arrival. I understand defective products are produced and shipped as a natural part of the production process, and do not consider this representative of Acer. While I'm sure the product will meet my expectations, I am saddened to receive a defective model. I will provide an updated review when my second order arrives.
Incredible gaming PC when on a budget. LOVE this computer. Bought this to replace a near-10 year old computer I had which was on it's last legs. I knew I wanted a computer which was capable of playing high-graphics games at a decent fps, and this computer delivers.Great graphics quality, very good processing speed, good sound quality, good storage. My only issue, and this is pretty minor, is that the cooling fans are a bit loud. But they definitely are doing their job, and I so far haven't had any issues with my computer feeling too hot.8/10 purchase. Only wish the fans were a bit quieter, and the storage was a bit bigger. Otherwise, an excellent computer.
Fast. This is a very fast laptop. I enjoy the red light up keyboard. Generally, the performance is outstanding, but I would say that the dual fans drain the battery rather quickly, and I cannot get the same amount of work done before the battery dies on this particular laptop compared to others, which only have a single fan. Outside of that blemish I think it’s absolutely fantastic and I am very happy with the purchase.
Solid Entry Level Gaming Computer (Detailed). Detailed First Impression ReviewI’ve been on Xbox for a long time for gaming and wanted to see the hype behind PC gaming. I do many things with my computer that a desktop would not work for me, as I have to move it around frequently and like portability, so I explored into the gaming laptop world. This was a cheaper, yet good option for an entry level Device.Processor- I bought the i7-11800H model and this processor seems to be a bit overkill for even some higher end games. But it’s great to have that extra power to multitask as well. I have not had any issues with the processing power. It’s fast and smooth.Graphics- I’m using the RTX-3050Ti and I’ve seen the card likes to run at 100% nearly all the time when in a game but I have had no issues with its capability of running smoothly and not overheating, and I haven’t even tried any undervolting yet which could improve it more.RAM- the 16gb ram and 4gb vram work well together. I use the heavily graphic related game of BeamNG Drive that requires a lot of RAM to run smooth and have tried several multiplayer games and have never seen the RAM get over 70% (which is pretty good for heavily demanding games). This was Plenty of RAM for the gaming I do to keep it running smooth.Overall- this is a great starting laptop for anyone looking for a gaming laptop or something fast for multitasking. Sure there might be a couple other options with similar price ranges that might perform slightly better. But this one was the lowest price I saw for what you get out of it and it’s been working just fine for me. I haven’t had it long so I may be back to update this if my opinion changes lol. But first impressions were really good.Negatives- the graphics card works really great as mentioned above, but if you use it running at 100% for a couple hours you can completely notice a performance drop because the temperature starts to get too hot. I haven’t had it overheat but I have had some slight performance differences after a while of hard use. That’s really the only “issue”, that’s not a huge deal, that I’ve had. And it’s correctable by changing up some deeper settings. As I have mentioned, this is a great ENTRY Level laptop. I would not recommend this laptop to anyone that is heavily into gaming. It works great for what I want to do with it but it would work pretty bad for a professional gamer (not that pros would ever use a laptop for gaming lol). I am also newer to PC gaming but I’m pretty savvy with computers. So being able to change some settings that the average newer user wouldn’t know how to, without YouTube tutorials, have made this laptop perform a little better than out of the box. But these changes I made so far are all settings included on the computer, not third party software included in this review (meaning anyone can change the basic settings to improve the performance slightly as I have).PS- I thought I had a dead laptop when it came like other reviewers complained about. I read the review of one person that said you have to jam the power plug in there really good til it clicks for it to work. I initially thought I pushed hard enough and heard a light snapping sound, but it wouldn’t charge or turn on. So I pushed a lot harder and heard it click a lot louder and it started charging perfectly fine and started up right away.
The computer was delivered ahead of the schedule given by Amazon. The installation was easy and so far the computer has met all my expectation
no problems in setting up the laptop very happy with my new machine

Good value and performance. Product ID: G614JI-AS94.Price: $1649.Pros:- Value. The I9-13980HX + GeForce RTX 4070 are a step above mid-tier hardware and are offered here at a reasonable price compared to other "gaming laptops."- Performance. I've been able to play the newest and biggest games all on high / very high settings. I've had no issues, and I feel as if the games look and play great.- Upgradability. I've NOT upgraded my machine as I don't wish to void the warranty. However, and as there was confusion in other reviews, I have personally spoken directly with ASUS support ,as well as Crucial support, and I've confirmed that YES this machine can be upgraded to 64GB of Ram (2x 32GB sticks) and YES there is an available open SSD slot. As such, and considering current prices of Ram and SSDs, you can scale this up to 64GB Ram and add second SSD for a D-drive for a minimal additional investment to really finish out this machine.- Wifi. I get SIGNIFICANTLY better wireless Internet speeds on this device than the older gaming laptop I replaced. Did not expect that, but was pleasantly surprised.- Sounds. Speakers sound good enough. Music through Spotify is crisp and bass gets picked up okay too.Cons:- Battery life. When playing a video game on battery power, I get about only 45-minutes of game time, which is disappointing. However, performance seems to remain higher than expected. When general web browsing or doing home office tasks, I get about 3 hours. When streaming content, such as Netflix, I about about 2 hours, which is frustrating as you can't really watch a movie on a single charge.- Number pad. I was expecting a digital number pad or display as part of the track pad per the advertisement. This model number, G614JI-AS94, does not have that feature and that was very disappointing and seemed misleading.- Touchpad. Doesn't feel as responsive as the touchpad on the older gaming laptop I replaced. Additionally, oftentimes after exiting a video game the touchpad will outright not work and require a device restart.- Lights. As an adult, the multicolored lights are annoying and not something I'm interested in. It was not immediately intuitive on how to turn them off, but I found out that you can do so through the included software.- Startup sound. It's awful and ear piercing! I can't figure out how to turn it off.- Camera. Would have liked a better resolution here as it's not great.Indifferent:- Screen. I'm not a "gamer" so I don't really care or know anything about refresh rate. For me, it seems bright, clear, and things look good! However, I personally wish it was a 15.6 inch machine and not the 16 inch, as I'd prefer a slightly smaller and wider screen than this square.- Ports. Good enough for me and has everything I needed. However, some people might wish for more options. Conclusion:If you're not a real gamer, but want to play games, this is a great option that offers value and performance along with upgradability.
Perfect laptop. So I had a fully upgraded Alienware M16 for about 3 months. Within those 3 months, I've had Dell replace the board twice and my issues still weren't resolved. To make a long story short, they did a full refund (thankfully) and after doing a lot of research and watching a ton of videos I decided to pull the trigger on the ROG STRIX G16 and I'm glad I did! I bought the I9 13980HX/RTX 4070/16GB ram and 1tb SSD. I upgraded it to 64gb of ram (yes it's compatible as you can see in the photo I posted) it's also compatible to run at 5200mhz instead of the slower 4800mhz. It also has a 2nd SSD slot so it has 2 of the crucial T500 2tb SSD's in it for a total of 4tb now. This laptop is fast and extremely solid and can run anything including games at high settings without a problem. I got the 165hz panel and I guess I was lucky because I don't have the infamous backlight bleed. It's vibrant, and very crisp. The keyboard is nice and highly customizable and nice and bright. It's not mechanical but still has a nice feel to it. The mouse pad is large and responsive. The speakers surprisingly sound really nice considering they're laptop speakers (I'm actually impressed) and as far as heat, it stays between 65-72 degrees under heavy load so I couldn't be happier about that! I love this laptop and it puts other "high quality" systems to shame! I really don't have any cons about it as of now. If something comes up, I'll come back and update my review but as of now, I'd definitely recommend buying it if you're in the market! I can't stress that enough! It's a beast and I love it!
Fast, flawless, high gear mode. Well it performs so well on this laptop that run anything games it throws at. So the only slight thing is does indeed run a little bit warmth. Between 90-95C heavily loads intensive gaming that is demanding most cpu usage and gpu usage too. But that not all it can handle ultra and highest maximum graphic quality settings that involves RAY TRACING WHOOPING ON TOP. of that and you still get a solid performance frames averaging 67 fps to 80s range mid to 100s frames on average the most. And this laptop is unique so you have to keep in mind not to freak out the cpu temps hitting 90-95C which is normal for the i9 13980HX with 24 Cores…. And 32 frigging logical processor and that is a lot of darn cores to run it. And that take cpu temps at normal temperatures rates between 90-95C on heavy load which was designed to run a little hot.The graphic cards itself does have 8Gb vram if you are concerned about the size of vram saying as 6gb it is not it actually 8 GB dedicated VRam.
The media could not be loaded.

WoW Player Here - Excellent Bang for Your Buck. TLDR; This is an excellent machine for the money if you are an MMORPG player. No regrets about buying this one. It's a keeper.I recently got back into World of Warcraft after many years away and my old laptop just couldn't keep up. I started looking around at laptops capable of WoW gaming and actually tried out an MSI Stealth for a couple of weeks. It was a pretty laptop and lightweight, but man it struggled to keep up just being in a main city. Then I had a battery issue with it and decided to shop around instead of sending my brand new laptop in for work. How I use it: Play WoW, I use it for my side gig (AI Chatbots) and general doom scrolling. I don't overclock or do anything fancy to try to squeeze more out of my machine, other than minor upgrades and settings tweaks.I looked at a ton of laptops and combos of specs and finally thought I'd give this one a try. It had slightly better specs than the MSI at around the same price. This laptop is awesome. It never struggles to keep up at. I haven't done any raids yet so I don't know how it will perform in that situation but I will update once I know.Pros: performs beautifully playing World of Warcaft. Fan almost never needs to kick in, yet it also doesn't get that hot.Cons:Size/weight: this thing is heavy and huge. It packs a punch but you sacrifice portability. Yes it's a 16" laptop but I hadn't imagined just how big and heavy it would be. I have a 16" laptop for work and this is far heavier. It feels well made though. Yes you can still carry it around, but you won't want to much. I mostly keep it at home anyway so that's not a deal breaker for me.Battery life: yeah, it's pretty bad. I've been on battery power for almost an hour on "eco-mode" and it's down 15%. The power brick is also huge, so if you are communiting or traveling with this often, the weight and size of the computer with brick is going to be a drag.RAM limited to 32gb: I'm suprised such a big and powerful laptop can only take up to 32gb of ram. I have not yet upgraded my RAM yet because it's performed so well so far. I do have 32gb on hand and plan to upgrade anyway. But seeing how well it's performed so far, not having 64gb might not be an issue at all. Can't (yet) figure out how to wake from sleep with bluetooth keyboard/mouse. I have changed every possible setting under the sun, including tweaking the BIOS and it still doesn't wake on bluetooth mouse/keyboard. That's annoying. I have a really small desk that houses to 27" monitors and two laptops. I keep the laptops in a vertical stand which saves me tons of space, but it's super annoying to have to pull this thing out, open it up and wake it up.
A lot of power in a small frame. This has been my daily driver computer for almost a year now and I've been very impressed. It's handled every game I've thrown at it and more.GPU: I'm going to do this first since this is arguably the most important part. I have the RTX 3060 version. The important thing to note is that this is the MOBILE 3060, which is slightly less powerful than the desktop 3060. It's nearly equivalent in power to a desktop 1070 Ti. I have been playing some pretty intensive games on it over the last year including, most recently, Baldur's Gate 3 on max graphics. I keep the screen refresh rate at 60Hz instead of the 144Hz that you can use because it saves battery while also allowing your GPU to rest a bit while gaming. I've also capped the FPS at 60 directly through the Nvidia app. Same reason there, I don't need 144Hz. In BG3, It keeps a consistent 50-60fps while using only about 50% of the GPU. I also consistently play games from Xbox Gamepass on here on max graphics with very little stutter or issues. All in all, I'm very impressed by what a mobile 3060 can do.Screen: The screen is a very bright, crisp IPS screen that's capable of up to 144Hz. The viewing angle is good and even from the side you can still make out details (albeit a bit dimmer). It gets very bright at max level, almost headache causing, so I personally keep the brightness at about 20%.Battery: Depending on what you're doing, the battery is...fine. If I'm running a game (not recommended on battery), I can get about an hour out of it. But if I'm just using it day-to-day with my settings (60Hz refresh rate, 20% brightness), I can get 3-4 hours of solid use.CPU: I've never had any issues with it multi-tasking or running any app or game. Even when using CPU intensive programs like Handbrake, it will max the CPU but still give you decent performance to continue using it for web browsing and videos.Cooling: The fans themselves are somewhat loud if you get in to heavy duty gaming and I do recommend getting a stand to prop it up to allow for airflow, which drastically helps. There is a physical turbo button which makes the fans go to 100% and are pretty effective at lowering temps but are also loud, so best to only use that with headphones. Under load in BG3, it will run about 60C, which is fairly low. In a more intense game, I have seen it get to 70-75C which is warmer, but still in acceptable range.Overall, I'd recommend giving this a buy if you want a solid gaming laptop but also a daily driver.
Excellent PC overall, gaming included. Nothing much to say, really. My main purpose reviewing is telling you about the gotchas in video for this PC. Overall, though, it is absolutely excellent. It is utra quiet even with the fans running at high speed. It does get hot, but no performance issues. What I learned about video setup: There are three display ports in this PC:1. Mini DisplayPort v1.4.2. HDMI port v2.1.3. Thunderbolt port v4 (USB-C).All display ports are capable of 4K @60Hz at least. I run my PC connected to 2 LG UltraFine 31.5in monitors at that resolution and refresh rate. However, the DisplayPort function embedded in the Thunderbolt v4 port is run by the integrated Intel HD graphics card, NOT the nVidia RTX3060 card. This is VERY IMPORTANT for gaming: The Intel integrated graphics card will NOT support DirectX 12 Ultimate. On the other hand, displays connected through ports 1 or 2 above will be un by the nVidia RTX3060 card that does support DirectX 12 Ultimate. The difference is night and day. True, I am not loading the most hardcore games ever, but still. So you get a frame of reference, my main 2 games are Age of Empires II DE and Age of Empires IV. I run both in full desktop mode, meaning the 2 monitors treated as one big monitor. AoE II DE reports consistent FPS of 60 (I have V-Sync on, which limits FPS to that of the monitor's refresh rate) with all graphics settings on. AoE IV does not seem to have a way to show the FPS, but it does run super smoothly. So there. Enjoy this super high end PC at a super low price. Oh, and you MUST use quality 8K-graded cables. FYI, the HDMI cables that shipped with my LG monitors are garbage. Get Vanky or some other reputable 8K cables.
This laptop looks great, the light up emblem on the lid is a nice touch, I got it on sale so it was certainly worth the money. it's more than fast enough for what I need it for.
Good laptop, but the seller doesn’t sent invoice, doesn’t answer his customers.
Bought this for gaming. A bit expensive, but not compared to competition, and I wanted something that I would enjoy using for several years. This laptop meets my needs and I've enjoyed the gaming experience since it arrived. Very pleased with this purchase .. and it arrived ahead or schedule!

Ok, why is this as cheap as it is. Been using this for a few months now and I'm trying to figure out how this thing has a 4090 and a really good processor, yet is priced this cheap. Its superb for gaming.A few things to note:- This doesn't come with a built in HDD (the system drive is a 512gb model), but it has an SATA space for a drive about 2tb is size or smaller. A 5tb internal won't fit.- Removing the case can be tricky in this model, but not impossible. Namely remove all three sides that are NOT where the audio jacks are first, then remove that side. Otherwise you risk breaking the internal components. Might want to look up a video to be safe on this one.- RAM can be changed out, as usual for laptops.
Good laptop after some tweaking. I got this laptop a few days ago and have tested it for nearly 48h.Some things to consider• Pretty good screen for a laptop. 144hz and good looking out of the box• Laptop frame feels solid but isnt overly heavy.• The 6gb RTX 3060 runs games really well. Division 2 averaged over 120 fps at max settings at 1080p. I tested war thunder, escape from tarkov and mordhau as well and both were extremely smooth (both hit 144hz reliably at ultra 1080p). No noticable input or screen lag in mordhau so fast shooters will benefit as well.• No noticeable micro stutters when switching from• The laptop top doesn’t feel hot under pressure but I wouldn’t play this on my lap.• I added a 1tb WD Blue NVMe stick to this laptop, its easy to do and there are videos of how to do it.• The GPU runs cool for a laptop (avg 78 under pressure) but the CPU doesn’t. You can fix this by limiting the max power in power settings for the CPU or undervolting it. The cpu has initial spikes in temp but usually ends up in the mid 80s which is a little hot but expected.• Use dragon center to tune the performance. Don’t run extreme performance without cooler boost.• Buy a cooling pad and watch temps for the CPU, the CPU is the only thing that holds this beast back because it tends to hit high temps (95c max from what I saw) if left at max settings.• It has 2x USB3.2and 2x USB-C so you might need to buy an usb dongle. It has a single jack for a headset so you might need to buy a splitter depending on your headset.• One HDMI only. No displayport at all which is something to consider. The HDMI is capable of 4k 60hz but at the end of the day its HDMI. Should be compatible with g sync or g sync supported monitors.
Decent gaming computer at a great price / battery life a bit short. I've ran Cyberpunk 2077 with graphic at high setting and it kept up at 30~35 FPS, and I am currently playing it with medium graphic setting without any issue. So I'm pretty satisfied, considering this is a laptop, not a desktop. The design of the laptop is a bit crude and the battery life is pretty short, but considering the price of this laptop, everything just can be forgiven. It's a choice between spending +$1000 for pretty looking longer lasting batteried gaming laptop VS spending $600 for a bit ugly, short batteried but still a decent gaming laptop, and I chose the latter option which I'm not regretting.
Extremely FAST and POWERFUL! Absolutely worth it. First off, this laptop is a BEAST! I don’t normally post reviews, but I wanted others to know that it’s absolutely worth every dollar. It’s extremely fast. Like, multi tasking is so easy; even while gaming! I can run ultra/epic on literally any game that I throw at it, and the graphics are PHENOMENAL. It beats my PS5. There’s much more precision and depth. It completely blew me away and it’s pretty quiet too. In comparison it’s probably just as loud as a ps5, which isn’t very loud at all. I do use a cooling pad to help maintain the temp, but I haven’t had any spikes. It’s very consistent, which I like! The audio is phenomenal. It’s very immersive. You can easily tell if someone’s behind you in a game. Like, it’s very impressive.MSI did a great job with this set up. I’ll give it a 9 out of 10. Just because no laptop is perfect, but there’s a couple of things they could improve. I wish the quality of the cam/microphone was better. Although, it’s not really needed with a gaming laptop because you’ll most likely use a headset or separate microphone. I wish the quality of the keyboard was a little more sturdy if that makes sense. It might just be me, because I’ve used a lot of mechanical keyboards for gaming, and it just feels a little odd to me.Worth it though! You guys gotta get your hands on one 😁Update: I just upgraded the ram to 32gb and added 2tb of 2.5” SSD. This thing was fast before but now it’s insanely fast 💨 I highly recommend and it’s super easy to do.
It heats up, but gets the job done. I got it for 1k. I think it was a great price for what it's worth. I can run my games at 1080p 60fps, and honestly that's exactly what I wanted. I it heats up a lot, so I made sure to buy a cooling pad as well to mitigate that. Other than that, I am super satisfied with the laptop and I hope it serves me well for the years to come!
Offer the latest GPU. This is an amazing laptop. It come with the new 40 series GPU for such a cheap price too. This laptop won't have no trouble running any games at all. I 100% recommend buying this laptop if you want to get into gaming.
The media could not be loaded.

Excellent Deal! Great Gaming Laptop. I wanted to buy another laptop for work purposes but also be useful for travelling and for gaming so I saw this laptop for sale during Black Friday! Excellent purchase! Here is my pros and cons after a week of owning this:Con:1. 1920 x 1200 FHD 165Hz Display is very much an downgrade against my Legion 5 Pro 16" 2560 x 1600 IPS LCD 165Hz Display... But I guess with the parts offered, ASUS had to make some budget cuts somewhere I guess... (for the model I've chosen and not wanting to spend more than $1500 USD).2. Automatic MUX Switching is annoying... it optimizes which option to best suit for your current usage at the time (e.g. if you ran an game vs closing the game and brings you to the desktop). The automatic switch seems like its great and all but it ruins the display setting and when an game is playing, it switches again and sends you back to the desktop and ruins the display setting/resolution once more... Its best to just set it on the dedicated GPU option so you dont have to deal with this...3. Standard SSD Capacity is too low (again with cost saving measures but literally everyone these days just buy additional SSD stick anyways)... so snagged an SK.Hynix P41 SSD 2TB stick on sale to manually install for loading heavy application and games on there; really easy to install and easy to unscrew the back; there is an empty NVMe Gen4 M.2 2280 slot for you to install your SSDWorks Great after installing correctly and no Issues now! (make sure after install of SSD, just load into Windows and open up disk management to reformat (quick format! never full on SSD!) No need to tinker with BIOS setting...Do not tighten the SSD screws too much where the stick bends! thats incorrect! screw in ever so slightly so that the stick itself wont lodge out or move at all.Pros:1. RTX 4060 8GB - 140W Max TGP2. i7-13650HX - beats my Ryzen-7 5800H on my Legion 5 Pro3. RGB bar looks awesome!4. Battery 90WhNeutral:1. RGB Keys - heard mixed reviews on ASUS's design on this; of course, the Legion 5 RGB keyboard design is the best of the best but this is just okay and its not too bad in my eyes.2. Same weight and nearly the same dimensions as my Legion 5 Pro so portability is the same-ish but way better than my old MSI gaming laptop from 2017 where you can put this in your backpack and still have room to put other accessories and such. This is all I've noticed currently but either way, its a great mid-tier gaming laptop! I can run cyberpunk all max setting without issues or framerate drops and every other AAA game titles up to this point... This laptop should last an long time until AAA games becomes more graphically intense and requiring more processing power... but again this is the best you can get for your money and highly recommend!
Amazing product with almost no flaws. The only "could be better" thing is that all the USBs type A ports are on the right side, which means that if you have a wired usb-a mouse, it can become somewhat of a bother, specially for small tables. That and the optimus. When it switches the display input from the integrated graphics to the 4060 it causes a couple of seconds of screen freeze.Besides that, is PERFECT. Battery life lasted long enough to see one complete season of 12 25min episodes. Screen looks amazing. Gaming performance of course is amazing too, with stable FPS at more than 100fps in many games. Keyboard feels good too. Speakers could be better but lets be honest, this is a gaming laptop, not a macbook. Overall happy with this product. Maybe not as cost/effective as the Lenovo LOQ but still a solid product from ASUS.
Recommended for architecture students. I needed a laptop for college because the one I had, which was a Mac, was damaged. So I was looking for one that had the requirements that I need for my career which is architecture. After months of researching and looking for recommendations and even asking teachers, I found several options, this being my option since it meets the requirements I need and at a good price.I use several programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Luminon among others, I have had no problem using any of them, they run very well, very sharp colors, the material of the laptop is also of very good quality only that as it is matte and gray the fingerprints are marked, I recommend using the laptop connected with the charger so that they work in optimal conditions.
Best laptop price/specs. The media could not be loaded.  The specs are really good for this laptop. I love how you can even play with 100 FPS or even more in some games (Halo infinite, Apex Legends, The Finals) with the silent mode (without overheating or having the max power of the CPU/GPU). If you want to get over 100+, the turbo mode (taking full advantage of the GPU/CPU) will be great + the 165.1 Hz. The only "issue" (not issue honestly if you do not see this as problem) is the turbo mode makes the laptop sounds a bit loudly which is normally when you are utilizing it with the full capacity. Other than that, you can have an amazing experience playing on this mode. This version specifically does not have the numeric pad included. I originally thought it was going to be, but the i9 version has it, this one does not.Sound experience is good enough considering this is a gaming laptop, but by using headsets, the sound changes considerably, so good point to have the direct connectionWifi is the fastest and best one I've ever seen personally. I have played online getting 80+ pin (considering I'm from Colombia and pin does not get below that normally) easily. The experience can change a bit with cable, but there is not a big change at least on my end. Long story short, wifi is really attractive if you do not mind losing or having some ms more. Finally, this is something NOT related to the laptop. When I placed the order, I trusted on the platform by adding "automatic" location. This caused a delay of 5 business days. I contacted Amazon and the delivery company and Amazon could not change the shipment address because it had been already shipped. After several back and forth calls, none of the companies was able to support or make it faster which I understand, but I felt super uncomfortable knowing my order was in my city and Amazon did not attempt to address the situation. So please be careful and I recommend to add the location manually BEFORE making the order. If you are looking to jump into a medium/high performance laptop with no more than 1,500, this is a great option.
SSD capacity is a little, I used it for CAD drawings

High-Performance Gaming and Productivity Powerhouse. Hey everyone! Just wanted to share my awesome experience with the HP Victus 15 Gaming Laptop. This little beast has totally changed my gaming and work routine for the better. First off, the screen - oh boy, the 15.6" FHD with 144Hz is just gorgeous. Whether I'm gaming or binge-watching, everything looks super smooth and vivid.Let's talk about speed - the AMD Ryzen 5 and a whopping 32GB DDR5 RAM make everything incredibly snappy. From heavy-duty gaming to juggling between loads of tabs and apps, it hasn't missed a beat. And storage? 2TB is more than I could ask for. All my games, photos, and videos fit in with tons of room to spare.Graphics are key, right? The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050 on this laptop doesn't just play games; it brings them to life. I've been playing some of the latest titles and the graphics are just stunning, running super smooth.I'm also loving the sleek silver look of this laptop. It’s not just a gaming machine; it looks totally professional for my work meetings too. The backlit keyboard is a nice touch – super helpful for late-night gaming sessions.Connectivity is super easy with HDMI and the latest Wi-Fi 6 – I'm always connected and in the game. Battery life is pretty good for a gaming laptop, and it stays cool even when I'm pushing it hard. So, in a nutshell, the HP Victus 15 is my new favorite for gaming, work, and everything in between. It's a great deal for what you get, and I'd totally recommend it to anyone who's looking for a solid gaming laptop that can do it all.
Best Laptop for its Money. The laptop is awesome, it works god with all the games that i play(The Witcher 3, Resident Evil 2, Fortnite). I play these games on ultra settings except for fortnite and so far i didn’t see a significant fps drop. This laptop is extremely good for my work as well, the keyboard is extremely pleasant to touch and it’s not getting hot when you play. I would just say that the monitor could be slightly lighter. In general this is a perfect laptop for its money.

Its combination of high-performance hardware, impressive display, and connectivity features make it an attractive option for any discerning user.
Great Budget Gaming Laptop. Bought this to replace my old laptop after it started sounding like it was ready for takeoff. I already had a budget desktop gaming PC as well, but it's already five years old, and so I figured that while I was at it, I might as well go for a full upgrade. While this was a little bit pricier than I was hoping to get away with, I'm sure it gets cheaper if you catch it at the right time (like back to school or when the next big laptop comes out). This isn't necessarily top-of-the-line, but it can very comfortably play most big AAA games. I haven't stress tested it with something like Cyberpunk at max settings, but I've run a few games like the latest Madden and most of the Fallout games, and it runs buttery smooth. If you're something of a snob about performance, you're simply not going to be satisfied with any computer in this price range, but if you just want most games to run without stuttering at medium graphics settings, this is probably going to be more than adequate for your needs. Do note that I opted for 32GB of RAM; your mileage may vary if you settle for lesser specs.

Desktop performance in a laptop. I bought the Katana 15 B13V with 16 GB of DDR5 Ram, RTX 4070 gpu, and i7-13620H cpu on Prime Day marked down to $1349 from $1599.I primarily bought this because my desktop's motherboard uses DDR4 and is becoming dated and I wanted to play Baldur's Gate 3 at max settings. I'd like to build another desktop, but want to drop that kind of money until DDR6 is a thing instead of building it in the middle of the DDR5 Lifecycle. That's still a few years out.So this was a great purchase for my needs. It is literally desktop performance in a laptop at a mid-range price.Let's start with the cons and why I don't careThe display isn't the best. Don't get me wrong, its great, but not anything special. That doesn't bother me, because its connected to my 4k monitor. Who cares about laptop screens anyway. 4k resolution doesn't make much of a functional difference on a small screen. Costs were cut there for sure. Costs were probably also cut on the battery. It doesn't last long not plugged in on normal loads, and its probably not even feasible to use it unplugged while gaming. This would suck if I planned to use it unplugged, but again, this matters not to me. There is also a technology implemented called CoolerBoost 5. Its pretty necessary to run when gaming newer games at max settings. It gets PlayStation loud. If you're an audiophile, then you're going to need some good noise-canceling headphones to really enjoy anything on this machine. This doesn't bother me, because I'm not an audiophile, and even if I was, I have a couple great sets of noise-canceling headphones. It also doesn't bother me because without it, all of the great things about this thing wouldn't mean squat.... let me explain...Now for the Pro'sThis thing runs great without load on balanced power settings (No CoolerBoost). Without CoolerBoost, its about as quiet as it comes. I only use it for browsing and playing music outside of gaming. It does great. I haven't tried watching any 4k videos on it yet, but I imagine it would handle that well on balanced power settings as well.Remember when I mentioned the noise level from the CoolerBoost 5 as a con. Well, Coolerboost is probably just as important of a feature as any of the hardware this machine packs. Gaming laptops get a bad rep, mostly because they literally burn up a lot faster than a desktop and are difficult and expensive to fix when they do. The reason being is inadequate cooling. This is a tiny box to fit all of those extreme heat producing components in. Getting desktop-like cpu temps and gpu temps in a laptop should be a pipedream. Seeing temps in the 85-90 degree Celsius range or higher is just part of the territory. With CoolerBoost on, this thing hangs in the 60-75 degree range with BG3 running max settings. That's as good or better than my desktop. Have you heard of temp-throttling? Yeah, that's only a thing if you let it be a thing with this machine. That said, without CoolerBoost active while running BG3 at max settings, I watch those temps move to the Upper 80s and low 90s, like one would expect with this kind of hardware in such a small box. It is well worth the noise to have a machine packing an i7 13th gen chip and RTX 4070 gpu that can sport desktop temps while actually using the hardware at its potential.Final ThoughtsThis machine is fantastic if you're looking to replace a desktop with a laptop that will likely last. All of the right corners have been cut. Due to the temps sitting at desktop level, I anticipate the hardware components to potentially last indefinitely. This will still be a very serviceable and more portable machine when I do get my desktop built. The potential issues I see are needing to replace fans at some point due to the CoolerBoost. They could also last too, its just a possible logical consequence of running the fans at high RPMS. I imagine the most important fix that I'll run across is replacing the battery. Those things will always go bad eventually, but more quickly if there are periods of high humidity in your gaming area. Think about spring or fall days where the AC isn't running. Years of that will kill a battery.
Seems to be fast and efficient. I have only had this a short time but this has really been a nice machine. I have even used it for VR games and it doesn't bog it down a bit. I haven't decided yet if the problems I'm seeing with it are garbage installed by MSI or garbage from Windows. I don't care for the pop up adds for the junk I don't want or need.Oh I will get it all weeded out eventually, I just miss the days when you all the crap was offered elsewhere and didn't come force installed at new.The laptop itself looks great the display is clean and amazing to look at and use.I'm very pleased with the small weight of this machine, I think its predecessor is 3x heavier.I'm not pleased by the lack of USB ports found on this machine, but I did find a reasonably priced hub that turns one Type C port into 4 USB3 ports so I can get all the dongles plugged in and still have room for the important things. The laptop does seem to put out a lot of heat, but once I got it elevated on my laptop stand it doesn't seem as bad. (Perhaps the vents aren't large enough to allow the heat to escape properly when it's close to the desk) I would even suggest a laptop cooling pad. But I think that would be good in any situation.
Nice gaming laptop. Gift for my son for Christmas and he is loving it. It handles every game he plays very well, at very high frame rates and high setting. He has it connected to a 32” curved 1080p monitor and in most games he is getting 200-250 fps. The fan can get a bit loud when running the video heavy games but he uses headphones most of the time so the loud fan noise isn’t an issue. The screen on the laptop is also pretty good for when he takes the laptop to friends to play. SDD is fine only the RAM we may need to upgrade in the near future. But all in all a very solid gaming laptop.
Great Value Just Know What You're Getting. I have now had this laptop for four days over the weekend, and my initial impressions are as follows:Great processor and gpu for the price point, especially if bought on sale. I purchased mine on Prime Day one. I think it was $300 off which was a great deal. Then Prime Day two rolls around and its another $100 off. Slight issue with Amazon because they won't just match the price. At first I tried to cancel the order and wasn't able to so I contacted customer service and they tried to cancel it and told me they couldn't. Since they don't price match, I was suppose to order another one for the cheaper price and return the first order. Kind of a hassle, but saving another $100 was worth it. I guess I got lucky because I got an email a couple hours later saying the original order was successfully cancelled. As far as the laptop itself, I played with it over the weekend and it runs great. High end processor (i-7 13620H) and graphics card (RTX 4070) are the selling points. No much else with that combo for under $1600.The size and weight of the system are pretty good. My last laptop was an Alienware 15, which was bulky and heavy. This is much lighter and has a pretty subtle chassis which is exactly what I wanted. The RGB keyboard is pretty standard, it felt a bit small at first but I'm sure it will just take some getting used to. I haven't played with the customizable colors yet but the function keys allow it to be brightened, dimmed or turned off and on.The screen (15.6 FHD 1,920 x 1,080 pixels) is adequate, just know what you're getting. 1080p is FHD (full high definition). That is most likely why it's price point is less than some other laptops with higher end resolutions like QHD or 4k. That being said, on a smaller 15" screen FHD still looks great. The refresh rate is fast (144Hz) and I ran well above 60fps on max settings flawlessly on CP2077.SSD size (1TB) is pretty standard, it is gen4, currently gen5 is the fastest, but gen4 is plenty fast enough. One issue people are having is the second ssd slot does not come with a mounting bracket or screw to hold it down. I knew of this issue before purchasing and I am planning on installing a second ssd (also ordered on Prime day for big discount). I contacted MSI thru live chat and they are sending me the mounting bracket. The whole process took less than 10 min. Minor irritation but not a big issue.RAM is good (16gb), I plan to upgrade to 32gb soon when the bracket arrives and I am installing the second ssd. I didn't put too much stress on the system while playing it over the weekend but it held decently with only the 16gb of RAM.The major issue I have with this laptop is the battery life, It is absolutely horrendous. I started my gaming session (Diablo4) at 100% and after an hour I was down to 32%, and D4 isn't the most system demanding game. So maybe get an hour and half of straight gaming out of it unplugged. This is the only reason it didn't get 5 stars.Overall, at this price point, (especially if you can find it on sale and stay plugged in) it is well worth it. After upgrading the RAM and installing a second SSD (both less than $100 each) any comparable system would be well over $2k.Update: Received mounting bracket for SSD within a week of contacting MSI customer support. Quick and easy install of SSD and RAM. Battery life still sucks and is only down point of this laptop. If it got 2+ hours of gaming battery life it would be an easy 5 stars.

A very satisfying shopping experience. Very fast for gaming and 3D character modeling. I compared many gaming laptops but finally settled on this ASUS TUF. All parameters are far superior to other gaming laptops, especially the appearance of the laptop is also very cool. I'm really satisfied and like it. I played some of my usual big games and it was very smooth, the screen was very HD and the colors were very good. If you use power saving mode, the battery life will be long. Very happy with this purchase so far!
Really happy with my new Asus Rog Strix G731. I have had a 17" Asus Laptop for 6 years and finally decided it was time for an upgrade. My old Q500A is still going but much slower these days. From opening the box and first seeing the new laptop I was really impressed. The design is sharp and on point and the keys are smooth and very responsive. It is bigger than I expected even with a 17" screen and graphics card is night and day to my old machine, so clear and sharp. I will be using for work but wanted the highest spec for my money and this has delivered. It was voice guided to set up and thanks to my external hard drive and using Microsoft to recall all my information, setting it up was easy! I am looking forward to another 6 years of trouble free use and couldn't be happier with both my new laptop and ASUS in general.
Powerful performance and stunning looks. I was very excited the moment I received the product. First of all, I was deeply surprised by the appearance of this notebook. I do a lot of things with it. Its very fast and efficient. I use it for videoediting and it renders videos very fast. Then I experienced my favorite big game. It runs perfectly, the smoothness is very good, and the visual effect is also very silky. It is no exaggeration to say that the RTX4070 graphics card is enough to run all current games, This computer totally exceeded my expectations, Highly recommended.
Great laptop. Serviceable gaming laptop. First things first, I'm going to start on a negative note but having buyers remorse is a negative feeling. The thing I am most bummed with is the display. A quote from the amazon listing. "A 144Hz high-refresh display enhances both gameplay and daily projects with smooth, responsive, and crisp images. Slim bezels and an expansive 79.6% screen-to-body ratio deepens immersion and keeps you locked in." This statement is a very true one, the downside is that neither the 15.6 or 17.3 models have a 144hz display. They both feature 60hz displays. So right off the bat, at best, you will be able to achieve 60fps. I don't know about you, but when I think gaming on PC i think high frame rates (higher than 60). I don't see a clear "this PC comes with a 60hz display anywhere". The 144hz quote above is the only mention of the display I see, and that I feel is misleading. Games do look good, just don't get your hopes up for high frames per second. The graphics card is also known to be one that doesn't get the same results in terms of frames per second when compared to similar cards. Yes a USB type C port is shown in the gallery of pictures, and is mentioned in part of the description, no there isn't one on the laptop I received. The biggest upside is the SSD. This laptop is speedy and responsive. The limited bloatware is a huge plus in my book. Setup was extremely easy and took less that 15 minutes. Needed about 12-20 updates, but that's expected.I'd say in terms of system power and the ability to play games at 30-60 fps (at best) this laptop is probably priced about right. However for me personally, I wish I would of payed more and got one that is actually at least 144hz, and a better graphics card as the 1650 isn't up to par with similar products.
Meets expectations. Product had a delay during shipping but arrived days later and in perfect condition.
Best gaming laptop for a even better price. I purchased this for my son and is an excellent gaming laptop. Asus is a great company with many hard to beat products. Plenty of power. Great condition and great price. Seller was fast shipping to me.
Wifi stopped working. After a couple months, the Wifi stopped working. It connects, then disconnects. Updated drivers, uninstalled, re-installed, called support. Nothing is working. I had to buy a USB wifi device so I can use the laptop again.
Solid Gaming Notebook. My wife and I have ASUS RogueStrix notebooks and wanted something a little more "Tuf" for the kids. So far these have been great and hold up the their name. Power is decent enough to play most current games. No ray-tracing means the price is right if you don't need the latest and greatest.Pro: Backlit Keyboard, solid performance, well built, crisp display.Cons: Power adapter gets HOT (be careful), Battery life is decent if you are just browsing the web but we find you must remain plugged in to get full performance when gaming.
I use it as a general purpose workstation and funstation. Light editing, audio recording, web surfing, etc. Works fast, screen looks great, keyboard types smooth. Very happy!

The screen is everything. I'm an Apple user, PC laptops are bad. I had been maintaining a top end MBP for playing Windows games -- but that machine entered a deep discharge state and if I'm honest, was never an appropriate gaming laptop (because in their own way, Apple laptops are also bad).I looked at most of the machines on the market and yikes -- the quality is garbage. Bad form factor, bad materials, more time spent making everything into a gimmicky black plastic rainbow than making a usable and attractive tool.Razer does a pretty good job here though. The industrial design and build quality are about 80% of what I'd expect, the keyboard is very good, the power supply is goo. The trackpad is pretty much shit compared to an Apple trackpad but way better than most. And there's no bloatware. Razer Synapse is even pretty good.I read that the 17" Razers have better thermal management and it means they get 10% better performance than the 15" with the same hardware. I also agonized over the fact that this laptop can't do 4k.In the end, I decided it was more important to me to power a great screen well than a bad screen poorly. And I made the right decision, this thing looks great. Plays movies great too. This is by no means a top end gaming laptop. But it gets 60 fps in Cyberpunk at 1444 in Ultra (when plugged in), and that's what I wanted. Can even enable ray traced reflections if I don't mind trading off something else.I have experienced some games (Overwatch, so no big loss there) don't like to run full screen on this thing, but they'll run fine inside a full screen window instead.
The MacBook Pro of PC Gaming Laptops. I just bought my 2nd one of this 3080 ti laptop. The first one we purchased 6 months ago for my wife, and has performed amazingly over that period. I previously had a 2019 model that I passed down to my teenage son who games constantly on it to this day with 4 years of amazing performance. I’ve owned MSI, ASUS. Dell/Alienware, and this is by far the highest quality of the bunch equaling the MacBooks I’ve owned for work in design, heat performance and build quality.Pros:-Very high quality aluminum case. This is not your run of the mill plastic gaming laptop. Wouldn’t look out of place in a conference room, almost looks like a black MacBook Pro with zero logos/lettering other than the Razer trademark.-Even playing fairly demanding games, the fans barely come on, and when they do, they are far quieter than my MSI.-Screen is phenomenal for seeing dark areas and great colors/viewing angles.-3080 ti graphics with 16gb of on board video ram, +32gb of ram future proof this machine significantly. The laptop this machine replaced had a first gen 8gb 3080 and this card destroys it.-Wi-Fi seems to be extremely fast, much faster than the laptop I replaced it with.Cons:-Screen is gorgeous, with great viewing angles, dark contrast, and amazing colors, but could have slightly better overall brightness. Almost reminds me of a OLED TV.-Price, but you’re paying for a premium product and one that I’ve found after 4+ years of owning Razer laptops, is well worth it. I will continue to give Razer my money if they keep this level of performance/quality up, and I was able to buy it significantly on sale ships/sold from Amazon LLC.
Amazing design and powerful machine. Got this on sales so it cheaper than expected. Suit all of my needs. Sleek design and pack a punch with the performance. Bad battery life as expected from a gaming laptop tho.
Way too much money for a lemon. I purchased this laptop because I'm a menace to myself and consistently will seek out my best option, regardless of price, when I'm looking to upgrade. Many reviews called the Blade 15 the best Gaming Laptop out there and I wanted a top of the line that wasn't going to financially cripple me. I had never owned a Razer product but most of their hardware was given positive feedback so I was comfortable giving them a shot. Initially, I was very pleased with the laptop and thoroughly enjoyed the gaming experience it offered. However, a little over a month into use, I turned it on one day to discover I had no audio from my speakers. A minor inconvenience but what followed was the single worst Customer Service experience I have ever been a part of.Communicating with Razer support is a nightmare. They offer a live chat service but with laptops they have to quickly shelve you off to their "Laptop Specialists". This means any and all support you get is through email and a different person will respond to every single reply (half the time not reading what you've already done). After a week, of emails and troubleshooting they were finally willing to admit it had a hardware issue. However, lo and behold, the one I purchased off Amazon was actually done through a 3rd Party "Unauthorized Reseller." This meant even with only a months use, the laptop was not under warranty and I would have to pay over $100 for an RMA "Diagnostics Fee" and then any additional fees for parts and replacement. This seemed ridiculous for an issue that only affected the internal Speakers. So I turned to Amazon to reach out to the reseller to see if anything could be done. The reseller did not respond. So then I focused on Amazon to see if anything could be done. After about a week of trying to talk to anyone about just trying to get the problem fixed, I gave up and initiated a full refund.I cannot blame Razer for my entire experience but I can put the onus on them for having defunct Hardware and a miserable Support Service. I will be adamantly avoiding them at all costs in the future.
Runs as expected after almost a year. Battery life not so good, barely 2-3 hours of light use, gaming on battery no way. This baby needs to be plugged in for max performance.
Steller in both performance and build quality. No flex. Even more rigid than a MacBook. Stays cool while gaming too, never gets unbearably hot either.
Tal cual Lo anuncian llegó
Pretty good laptop, looks awesome and can play anything. The only downside is that it gets HOT... really hot to the touch when gaming. It's also quite expensive, but no other laptop looks this good besides a mac.
