Well pleased. I bought this 75" Samsung after my comparatively priced TCL 65" developed screen issues after just 13 months(Thanks Asurion for covering it) and I must say I'm happy with my purchase. I also had a 55" TCL go kaput after just 2 years. I doubt they've done long term tests on the TCL big screens as the reviews have been glowing, but my experience says steer clear. If you're in the market for a reasonably price big screen tv for your living room then look no further as this is a great tv for your average person. This might not be a serious gamer or videophile set but the picture pops and to me the contrast is great which is important. These are the pros that were important to me:Pros:Beautiful picture especially in higher resolutionDeeper blacksMinimalist remote that works with my Vizio soundbarOptical to work with my older soundbarNice design with very thin bezelRechargeable remote(USB C) with solar recharging also! No batteries to change!Pleasing interface, easy to navigateSamsung product. I've always had good luck with their tv's though I did buy the Asurion insurance just in case.Sale price was reasonableCons:I had an issue with VESA bolt holes when mounting but I got 'er done.I'll update if I have any issues.
Excellent TV overall. Like solar remote. Remote easy and simple to use. Superior picture. Easy set up. Sound good for a TV. Easy to set up TV and good instruction of TV's features.
Decent. We ordered two of these for non-critical viewing. A big concern was if it would arrive without damage. Thankfully, because of it's smaller size and Amazon delivery system, both boxes arrived on different days but in the same great condition. The box is pretty plain and there is styrofoam top and bottom with plenty of air between the cardboard and the screen. This TV is a SMART TV. There's a lot of electronics devoted to being that. Unfortunately, we prefer to use Firesticks so just use it as a monitor and put away the remote. As a TV, picture quality is only OK. Still playing with the settings but it is more washed out than our OLED of similar size. Sound is OK for a TV. I like that the TV is light and the bezel around the screen is thin. We mounted one and used the stand for the other. No problems. I did not look closely but i think the remote uses a button cell battery of some sort instead of the usually AAA. Initial quality is good and we are happy with the price.
Its a nice tv, but not great. I replaced a 5-6 year old tv with this samsung. It has a lot of good features, the picture quality is great, the colors, brightness, sharpness are all things to be desired. Where this tv falls off a bit for me is the interface, it just looks cheap. Setting up all the apps can be really annoying aswell. Ive also had a few issues with random turn offs, or certain apps always having an issue, like netflix, and history channel. I was able to get this tv for such a good deal around black friday so for the value its a great tv. I just dont love the samsung software. All that said, its a solid tv for the price. Picture quality is the most important feature to me so im happy with the tv overall.
Amazing picture, very lightweight. We got this as an upgrade from a TCL 75" Roku TV from I think 2016-2017 because it was causing interruptions to our WiFi connection. After trying everything under the sun, we decided to get a non-Roku Smart TV and went with Samsung, because we already have another Samsung 55" Neo QLED that is amazing, and 2 Samsung phones. As a quick side note, changing to a non-Roku TV solved our WiFi/internet woes, for anyone who may be experiencing a similar issue. When the old TV was on, the speeds would drop from 240Mbps to 10-40Mbps until it was powered off. No IP conflicts, router settings were correct, etc. Just an issue with Roku that has gone unsolved for many years. Now, on with the review!I will start by saying I'm not exactly technically inclined when it comes to TVs nor do I know much about the specifications and what they entail. I will give you an honest review from a user's standpoint in comparison to my previous model. What I like about this product:The picture is crisp, and moves fluidly. On the TCL we used to have, you could almost "see" the refresh rate and it reminded me (now) of a TV from the 90s. The TCL also had almost a dark grey color where the black parts should have been. However, the blacks on the Samsung Q60C are pretty close to true black. You'll probably never beat an OLED with a QLED, but it comes pretty close. It helps immerse you in movies, especially scary ones where you should be able to barely see what's lurking in the dark (in my opinion)! It was easy to mount and MUCH lighter than our previous TV. The mount arm is no longer bending under the weight of our TV with the Q60C.It has most the apps you'll need right out of the box, but if it's missing any, they're pretty easy to add.The remote can charge by USB, or you can flip it over and charge it in the sun with the solar panels on the back. What I don't like:The menu can be a little sluggish at times to respond to inputs, which is a little frustrating. It's a minor inconvenience in my book and doesn't warrant a whole star removed, especially given how much of a difference it's made for us.Score: 5/5, would definitely buy again.
GREAT Tv And GREAT. Delivery Amazon. This tv has everything I look is a beautiful picture, nice and slim. Not too heavy. Sturdy legs. And one of the best things is that it. Was delivered in perfect condition not even a mark on the box. Way to go UPS!! I love our new 55 inch tv. One thing to remember to. Samsung is plug up and play and most items you May choose to hook up with it is too. It is compatible with just about any thing on the market. The last tv we had was a Samsung that finally gave up the ghost was a plasma tv. It was approx 15 years old older at least. They r a wonderfu company! I use to sell tvs for a living. And Samsung was always a customer favorite due to the above mentioned positive points!! They r # 1 on my list! They are a dependable long lasting product!! Not a tv that lasts a year or two and you r out shopping Again!
Hay un grande detalle viene en inglés y no acepta cambio de otro idioma que este caso debería ser español lo demás está bien

Great TV. I bought this TV in 2023 and have really enjoyed using it. Great picture. Sound is pretty good. Remote is easy to use. The Alexa functionality is my only complaint…not a good feature of the TV. Overall, though, the TV is easy to operate and I’m satisfied with the purchase.
very nice tv. easy start up and very good picture. volume seems a little lacking compared to old tv but not a problem. very good color. very happy with this purchase.
Samsung 65Q70 TV is incredible. This TV is incredible! Great pic! Clear! Smooth graphics! Rich colors. Easy setup. Great price! Got free delivery and unpack. I will never pick up a TV this big again. Risk breaking them. Bought it from the Samsung Store on Amazon. Delivered, unpacked, and put together 2 days after purchasing. I would give it 6 stars if I could.
Solid tv for the price but utterly infuriating interface. I’ve been trying for hours to calibrate this TV and I’m still at square one. I still can’t get HDR turned on for any connected device- mainly my xbox one- xbox registers 4k but cannot get HDR to register no matter how I try.Solid picture, until it changes- somewhat arbitrarily. Sleek and nice looking television, but the “settings” options are not user friendly in the slightest. Perhaps one well versed in tv tech would laugh at my struggles, but 100%- the default interface is just not good. Sounds okay, even without a sound bar- not top tier, but as I said, the settings interfaces are downright maddening to navigate.
Best TV I have had to date. I have had 40" Sony's, 50" Samsung's and my last one was 58" Samsung. I like the Samsung because they come with many free wifi channels that I can switch to as I please. I purchased this 65" Samsung Q70C because of the price, size and positive reviews on Amazon. The reviews were right on. I have this setup in a very bright den with many windows and a vaulted ceiling. This TV fits the room perfectly and the picture is perfect and bright. I set the contrast at 50, Brightness at 30, color at 25 and my wife and I are enjoying the best TV views for this room we have ever had. Our main viewing is streaming with the Roku Express which I believe is the only blue-tooth Roku and we use the Roku Remotes or the GE Color Select Backlit Universal remotes which we purchased from Amazon ,since the remote for this TV is so bad as the Amazon reviews stated. Fortunately, this TV remote is easily replaced and is the only bad thing about this TV.
THINGS TO KNOW. DO NOT GET RID OF ORIGINAL BOX IF YOU BUY.Arrived looking undamaged, install easy and straight forward. Picture was good....then day 3 came along.Started to notice subtle clouding. Then it progressively got worse. Picture is the black screen you get when factory installed apps won't load when selected (which requires reinstalling them 3 out of 9 days now).Went through settings to try and tweak before reaching out....no result.Reached out to seller after Amazon replied to do so. Seller says contact manufacturer. Seller won't help without original box (they expect you to keep a box and packing material for a 75" TV the duration of ownership. Sure....I've got plenty of room to store a 4ftX6ftX1ft box).Log into Samsung. There has been an error processing my request for service for 2 days due to website maintenance. Consistently says to check back in a few hours every attempt.I've had this TV for a whopping total of 9 days.Had a Samsung that took 12 years to fade which is why I went back to them. Had this TV a total of 9 days now. Began reaching out for resolution many days ago which has resulted in nothing but chasing my tail.At this rate of progress, the manufacturer warranty will expire before even getting a service request entered. The outcome of this debacle will determine my future relationship with all things Samsung.
Great TV. Upgraded from a 2019 55" Samsung and every feature of the smart tv tech is improved. The colors and brightness on this tv are also wonderful, and it's a great size. Works seamlessly with my Samsung sound bar and Philips Hue Sync. The delivery service was communicative and prompt.
easy to set up. great picture, easy to set up and amazon delivery people were fantastic.

BEST TV EVER. Excellent tv. It arrived really fast. WOW!!! Best picture, it is so LIVE! Set up was easy&fast. FYI I don't have cable service, just internet. The remote, I confess, takes a bit to get used to, but in two days I was good using it. And I already know that, It will take a while discovering new features and no matter how much I find out, I'll barely be scratching the surface of what one can get from this tv! Gee, there are so many features to explore. I can't get over it.To stream all my movies I have an array of free movie sites and a ton of other sites one can subscribe to. I can also download any site if not already in the enormous list of movie channels. Samsung offers "News Channels" to keep you updated with the world daily news. But you can always download TubiTv-for free movies and free "Live News"-- it wasn't in the "apps home list", but I downloaded it. As well as I downloaded the "BritBox" I subscribe to. WOW! Watching "Shetland", "Vera"or "Midsomer Murders" etc... on this tv is like have yourself going for a walk in the movie set of those British countryside scene. It's soooo live, the image pops out of the screen at you.I can also go to the internet browser, (after connecting a keyboard to this tv) and shop, research, write emails or do my fiction book writing and save it all to my email "drafts" file.Ah, you can also connect your phone to the tv and answer it when ringing if you use a wireless pair of ear pod (a Bluetooth I paid only $23+tx online, have owned it and gifted several throughout the last 3yrs), just as I use with my computer, no tv noise from lowd music or movies to the neighbors! I don't know what else can I ask for, we'll, I am still discovering new functions in this incredible tv! I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS TV!So happy I got it, and for a senior like me on a low SS pension, the 5pmts installments from Amazon suit my budget perfectly, in fact, it made all possible to buy this tv and other things for my new housing studio apt I recently moved to! That's why I always come back to Amazon for all my purchase needs! Thanks once again, Amazon!
Great TV. The picture is great. I thought at first I would miss not having a number pad on the remote, but I have not found it to be a problem at all.
Wife can watch her shows and stepson can watch all his sports. Great TV. Looks great. Hate the remote. It is very small and easy to lose. The buttons are not self explanatory. And there are two buttons for paid services I keep accidentally hitting. I need a better remote for this TV.
Mostly happy with TV, but remote is buggy and lags. We’ve had this TV for a few months, loved it at first. Great size, features, picture. A few months in, the remote stopped working - you hit volume up and it SHOOTS up to 100. Then you hit volume down, and it plunges down to 0. The voice assist button does not work/listen, and many of the apps on the Home Screen randomly disappear. We were about to buy a second one for another room, but then these issues popped up and were looking at other brands now.
I love all 75 inches. This 75 inch Samsung is amazingly awesome. It’s everything I knew it would be but better. Great picture quality, ok sound (will add surround sound/bar later) with slim body and no side bezel to hide screen so full screen.
Great TV for the money, but watch for a pink screen. This 70-inch Samsung Tv so far (a few days) meets may expectations regarding its picture and (somehow) its sound quality. I spent considerable time on adjusting tv settings to meet my expectations and I have achieved my goal, for you can control/adjust basically all aspects of the Tv picture, motion, sound, etc. However, this TV remote/pilot is quite annoying. It has minimum options to control, and it is difficult to use in a dark room (its buttons are not lit). Also, the Tv software/program annoyingly wants you to go on the internet and purchase/join some networks/providers. For my, using the cable provider, Spectrum, it is unnecessary policy of the Samsung. In essence, every time you turn on this TV it start with the Samsung Tv Plus, with icons of all these Netfixes, Hulus, Amazons, etc, plus your provider. However, there is a way to disable this defaulted preference and start your TV with the picture of the location where you have been when turned off TV. After a two more weeks:A problem with the so called "pink screen" developed. Basically, from time to time, when my TV was turned on it displayed just a pink screen with no picture nor any sound. I contacted a Samsung support which is overseas, of course. They made a record of my TV issue and accepted my photo of its pink screen. They said, it was due to the weak or disrupted/corrupted video signal, HDMI connection between the source and TV. However, upon plugin it in and out and in again, apparently, my HDMI cable was not causing this problem. After researching the internet I decided to call my Spectrum cable provider. To my surprise, the technician was quite familiar with this issue, and remotely tuned my cable box (HDR). Upon his tuning, my TV screen turned to have WAY better picture quality (!) and he promised me that the pink screen will never show on my screen again. So, now I have a way better picture, practically ideal quality. Also, I keep my fingers crossed that this pink screen will never pay me a visit. Also, I wonder, why this TV was not packed at its factory with a decent manual brochure clearly explaining all these issues to the clients.
La calidad de imagen es excelente, capacidad de respuesta es excelente y rapida , el control muy ergonomico y facil de usar

Awesome TV. I recently purchased this Smart TV from Amazon online on Saturday and it quickly shipped out and delivered the very next day on Sunday. The Amazon delivery staff was very helpful getting the TV into my home and I am very glad my TV did not come in cracked or damaged from in-transit. From setting up the Smart TV right out the box to going into the settings to adjust a few features to listening to the audio and looking at the colors on the TV it is amazing and a wonderful view. This TV is definitely a big upgrade from my 43-inch Samsung Smart TV I had for 4 years. The build quality of this 65 Inch TV is amazing. Overall, I only had this 65-inch TV for 4 days now and I am very satisfied and I am pleased with my product and the service Amazon provided. I would absolutely recommend this TV.
Superior Reseller Service and Communication. Unfortunately our TV arrived with screen damage. The reseller, Modia, located in Texas, responded right away. It was late in the evening but they responded quickly in letting us know what we needed to do to get a return started with Amazon. The 98 inch Samsung TV is a huge TV and weighs in at over 150 pounds. Modia arranged a pickup with sufficient manpower to handle the TV.We did wind up buying the TV again. The picture is stunning compared to the previous DLP TV we had. We would definitely buy again from Modia. They provided awesome service every step of the way.
Blank screen. Pulled it out of the box using 3 people to ensure safety of the T.V. Plugged it in before doing anything else and the power indicator turns red so the TV has power, but no picture would display on the screen and it would stay black/blank. I tried everything in the book, unplugging appliances, plugging it in a new outlet, tested the original outlet where the TV would go, used an extension cord, tried all the troubleshooting steps, checking the circuit breakers, you name it. Super frustrating waiting a week and planning a time to be home to sign for the TV just for it to not work 1 hour of it arriving to my home. Sat on the phone with amazon for 47 minutes to be put on hold for 40 of those minutes and then get hung up on. I call a second time and again, I get put on hold for 32 minutes and then finally get routed to a person that was able to help me. The replacement will take another week to get here so I’ll update this review if the next TV works.
Samsung tv. First, I highly recommend you plug in this tv and turn it on before installing the stand and moving it to where you want it to live. The first tv we received had an extremely damaged screen. We plugged it in, it came on, and the screen looked shattered once turned on. We couldn’t see anything. You couldn’t see this until the tv was turned on as the actual physical screen looked perfect. Something was wrong inside. We had to repackage the huge tv and take it to the UPS store to return it. Had a replacement sent. We plugged this one in first and thankfully it came on perfectly. This is the largest tv we have ever owned, and it’s amazing how we can see details we never could before on our smaller tv. While it’s not the largest tv, it’s quite large for us. Plenty large. Makes things easier to see for my nearsighted eyes. Very pleased so far. Easy to add all of our streaming apps. It keeps asking us to connect to our wifi, and our old tv never did that, so hopefully that won’t be an ongoing issue. Overall, this is a super nice tv!
Problems with U-Verse. Very good picture with lots of good features. However, my U-Verse didn't sync well with the new TV. Scheduled programs didn't record. Whenever the tv was turned off for an extended period (say overnight), U-Verse would completely boot up all over again. Workarounds solved most things, but not the non-recording of scheduled programs. Could be the TV and U-Verse don't play well together. Or it could just be a bad U-Verse box, A tech will have to come out to sort things out. Oh, jay!
Incredible Sound Quality. We replaced our less-than 3-year-old Samsung the suddenly went dark. It had an okay picture and horrible sound quality. This TV is exceptional! Most of the reviews I read were about the great sound, and they weren't wrong. The box arrived right on schedule, and totally intact.
Excellent choice. works greatly.
Incredible Television. Wow! This is an incredible television. Amazon Delivery made this day even more special with an above and beyond delivery. Downside, it took 4 resets to get all features to work properly.. First reset, could not get close caption to reset, second reset, no sound, third reset, YouTube tv not working, forth and final reset, could not get Peacocktv to download.Learning curve, MAYBE!What would have made it program easier would have been a step.by.step guide. When all programmed and done, just perfect.Suggest turning intelligent mode off to select desired picture display. Dynamic setting worked best for us. Display had to auto adjust to room lighting.Overall, a magical day!

Super bright and colorful. My old Sony 75" X900F, purchased 2018, stopped working. Hanging out in some AV forums, I knew I wanted a larger screen if I could afford it, along with a preference towards mini-LED displays over OLED.The room I have the TV in can be overly bright so it seemed that the Samsung Neo QLED might be the best choice, especially considering the current price for an 85" set released mid 2023 vs an equivalent OLED. Out of the box, it is super bright and colorful with all content. I turned on some golf to calibrate the greens, along with some red shirts against that green grass. Brightness and saturation all needed significant reductions, along with turning off the motion stuff to reduce the soap opera effect. Still finding minor adjustments towards my preferred picture across a variety of content, but it is meeting expectations.Overall, no issues, and 5+ years later (than the prior Sony) I think picture quality is better than ever. A larger screen size does not hurt! Thanks for the deal and setup services Amazon!
Great TV. I couldn't be happier with my purchase of the SAMSUNG 85-Inch Class Neo QLED 4K QN85C TV! This television has truly exceeded all of my expectations, earning every one of its five stars.First and foremost, the setup process was an absolute breeze. From unboxing to getting it up and running, everything was straightforward and hassle-free. I was able to enjoy my new TV in no time, thanks to the user-friendly interface and clear instructions provided. But what truly sets this TV apart is its outstanding picture quality. The Neo QLED technology delivers stunning visuals with vibrant colors, deep blacks, and remarkable contrast. Whether I'm watching my favorite movies, sports events, or playing video games, the picture quality remains consistently excellent. The 4K resolution ensures that every detail is crisp and lifelike, making it feel like I'm right there in the action. The 85-inch screen size is perfect for creating a cinematic experience in my living room. It's like having my very own home theater! The immersive viewing experience is further enhanced by the TV's minimal bezels and sleek design, which adds a touch of elegance to my living space. The TV also comes with a variety of smart features and apps, making it incredibly versatile. I can easily stream my favorite content, control smart home devices, and access a world of entertainment at my fingertips. The remote control is intuitive and responsive, making navigation a breeze. In conclusion, the SAMSUNG 85-Inch Class Neo QLED 4K QN85C has transformed my home entertainment setup. It's the perfect combination of ease of use, outstanding picture quality, and smart functionality. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I highly recommend this TV to anyone looking for a top-tier viewing experience. It's a five-star product through and through!
Wow. Great TV and great picture.. BUT not as easy to set up and I feel that my old QLED 49" was better in sound and picture. I use an HD Air Antenna and it is not as clear as it was on my regular QLED TV. The colors are more blown up and the image is not as sharp and clear.Set up was easy, but the controls and functions are not easily accessible as it was on the QLED. The NEO QLED has some great new auto features and special gaming and menu functions, but I prefer the setting and menu mapping and selection of the QLED TV models instead.Watching Netflix is pretty good in HD mode but the blacks aren't as rich and color seems to exaggerated no matter the tweeks. If you don't watch watch HD and above, you'll see a lot of jagged edges and poor picture quality and fuzzy screen and pixels.Still working through the kinks and understanding all the control choices and it's only been a month... But if I had a choice, I'd have taken this back and gotten a regular 55"QLED 80 perhaps as I think the sound and picture is clearer and better.
99% I was sent a brand new TV for the price of "like new". Coming from 32", 720p Samsung LCD from 2007 (which to Samsung's credit was still in perfect working order less one flaky HDMI port and a whining component), any cheap no-name UHD TV coupled with my already 4K capable Roku would have been a significant upgrade in every category except longevity, but I am extremely satisfied I picked this model, which sits at the lower end of Samsung's 2023 NeoQLED TV lineup. For the unacquainted, these are a step below the highest tier OLED panels, but a step up from the regular QLED and even cheaper yet Crystal UHD models you'd see at a big box store (which all still look great, modern TVs are overpowered). The image has a lot more contrast, less glare, and deeper blacks than my roommates 65" QLED model from a couple years ago.I really only stream these days, don't game, and don't even have a sound bar (I would recommend getting one, as the built in is tinny and doesn't project forward well), so most of the features and gimmicks are lost on me. I just wanted a bigger and sharper panel, and this one is incredible.Overall, I'm glad I went with a Samsung again. The remote is not intuitive whatsoever, the WiFi receiver isn't great, and Smart TV features and UI are a cluttered disaster that I would recommend replacing with a Roku, but to it's credit setup and control interaction with my Galaxy S23 was seamless, and performance of built in apps has been so good (one you get to them) that I haven't reconnected the Roku. Can't speak to Longevity, but Samsung TVs (at least the panels) have historically been rock solid. Build quality and materials on this lineup are incredible, the Smart features can easily be replaced with a newer Roku down the road, so I anticipate this will last a while.

For normal people. It was a big upgrade from my 32” from 2014, great picture, light for its size and minimal artifacting. Could use a sound bar as the speakers are average, but if you’re in a small room you should be fine. Overall if you are a normal person doing normal people stuff you are going to love it.I have a ps5 and it looks great, has all the features that you would need for the ps5
Seemingly perfect. Came factory sealed in box, awesome TV.
nice tv for the price. i bought this to replace a samsung 65" that had a couple little black spots in one corner of the screen. thought it would be much better since my other one was at least 7 years old, but the quality is the same, which is to say, nice like most samsungs. i am happy with it. it is plug and play and the remote is easy as i am used to samsungs. this remote is rechargeable instead of batteries which is a nice touch. and the price is right. i paid almost twice the price for my last samsung 7 years ago.
Highly Recommend 👌🏻. The shipper company took a almost a week to deliver it, but It was more tan worth it, the delivery guy was super friendly. The TV? Brand new looks, I first thought that I was gonna have scratches or minor things, but no. Saved me almost 300 dollars, thank for quality guys🤜🏻🤛🏻.
Best tv I have ever purchased. This is by far the best tv I have ever purchased!! The color is beautiful, vivid and everything jumps out at you!! The picture quality is amazing!! Thank you sooo much Samsung!! This tv does everything!!
Overrated. This is good for the price 👌 works ok .
The TV broke in 4 months after purchase, Samsung support said warranty is over. The TV broke in 4 months after purchase, the screen is not turning on, several attempt to do power cycle with Samsung support did not help. Samsung support said warranty is over. Not recommend to buy here.
Great TV. I bought this tv for Christmas for my son and he loved it
Tiene detalles de fugas de luz cuando esta negra la pantalla no creo que sea una pantalla reparada más bien con defecto , cuando es reconstruida pasa por revisiones y es certificada .
Que el producto llegó golpeado en mal estado y ya se veía de uso.

Renewed seemed brand new. I purchased the renewed version knowing I could return it if it proved to be more used and less renewed. The overpack box was plain brown cardboard and the TV was packed in a different plain brown box rather than the Samsung branded box for factory-fresh products. The TV case and screen were perfect - no sign of wear and tear. I am pretty inept at assembling things but within an hour of unpacking, I installed the legs, connected the TV to my wifi, enabled all the streaming services for which I have a subscription, connected my Bose sounder to the optical port, connected by cable box, and was enjoying my new TV. I can stream as well as watch live TV. Picture is great. The remote is more usable than some of the previous reviews indicate - at least that's my option and I'm still able to use the remote for my cable service/DVR . I'm glad I didn't spend the extra $100 for factory fresh!
New TV in original box. Why would you buy one at full price when you can order one that is brand new and in original box and save $100?
Picture could be better. I purchased this43" Samsung as Refurbished. I checked it out before putting it on the wall. I did not find a scratch on it anyplace. The built in speakers remind me of the tv's from back in the 50's with that sort of you're in one room and it's in another. I beleive that is because everything I use I added a surround sound system too. In fact for this tv I bought the Samsung Q800C soundbar and now it sounds outstanding. I did have an issue with the built in Alexa. Even after using Support it did not work. I have to use Bixby. That worked instantly. Other than that it suits my purpose and I'm finding refurbished to be as good as New other than the Warranty.
Wonderful picture. Love the picture quality and solar remote. This is pretty much the only 32” TV you can buy with 4K. No complaints. Highly recommend.
Samsung QLED tv. The sound system is horrible, sounds like people are speaking into a barrel
Excellent picture quality. We had an initial issue with picture quality. Samsung support was very helpful in resolving the issue (it was on my end), not theirs.
Imprtessive tv. Good value, incredible picture quality, glad I bought it.
Love my new Samsung. Picture quality and value for the money is outstanding!

Samsung QN50QN90C Review. After 12 years of faithful service, the decision was made to retire our Sony KDL-46HX850( 46-inch 1080p/240Hz) TV.Being one of the early "Smart" TV's on the market, it's limitations over the years became greater and greater, despite providing one of the best quality picture experiences ever, this includes, but is not limited to;Apps - It came with only a handful of Apps installed, like YouTube, Internet Browsing, and Netflix. Sadly this particular TV does not allow you to download or add additional ones. Nor have said Apps updated for at least 5 years. Netflix opens and works once in a while, usually requiring multiple restarts to load.Soundbar Issues - In late 2020 we added a 7.1 Nakamichi soundbar to our setup, after our previous Vizio 5.1 system we bought shortly after the TV died. However changing channels too quickly caused the station to lose sound, requiring a complete restart of the TV and Soundbar to allow sound to flow from the TV HDMI output.Tried using Roku, but again, it never worked properly on this particular TV. It was tested however in two different Samsung models; the 2014 UN65H7150 65-Inch 1080p 240Hz, and a 2019 QN82Q90RAFXZA 82-inch 4K 120Hz and it worked fine on those two TVs.So lets' get into the actual review for this model listed in the headline....PROS:First Impressions: Lightweight; weighs less than my 46-inch, although it doesn't have the gorilla glass my old one had. Thinner by about 3-5mm overall.Remote; approx half the size of my 2019 Samsung model with dramatic improvements - C type rechargeable port versus requiring regular batteries, and even has a photo-electric eye to allow sunlight recharging system on the back of the remote. Disney+ and Amazon Prime single app buttons added.Picture Quality; outstanding for obvious reasons; 1080p vs 4K; meaning twice as many lines of resolution. HDR which means greater color space, allowing for a wider range of colors to be displayed. Despite being only half of the frequency response of my previous set (120Hz vs 240Hz), I wanted to be sure this would not be a "noticeable" issue, so I tested this thoroughly out using movies from my personal collection that had heavy/intense action sequences, no ghosting or pixelation was detected.Sound Quality; Have never used just the standard included back-facing speakers, so I cannot comment, always have used Soundbars.Set-Up; Again this is such a breeze now compared to just a few short years ago, logging into Apps with QR codes on your phones versus typing everything out. From the time I had the unit on the wall and first powered up, until all software updates and Apps were added and logged into was less than 30 minutes. Added 6 different Apps that are used on daily basis in our household. This is now the 2nd Samsung Q90 model I've purchased in the last 4 years, and I believe they are worth every single penny. But to be fair.....I must point out the negatives.CONS:Viewing Distance - to gain the full 4K experience at my current TV size (50") I need to be no further than 6ft away, which means I need to be sitting towards the middle/end of my bed. Whereas with my old unit, thew viewing distance was nearly double, meaning I could be lying down normally and not notice a drop in picture quality.4K vs 1080p; when watching standard definition programming (480p), my old 1080p TV wins hands down, the additional upscaling done by 4K TV's makes to my eyes, the picture less enjoyable. It's just something I've gotten used to over the years. It stuck out heavily when I bought my first 4K, watching cable channels broadcasting in 480p resolution. Since most shows/movies cable and streaming services are at least HD quality, it still upscales, where again watching on a 1080p gave a better experience in my opinion.Sound; Let's be honest, all HDTV's have terrible or barely passing audio, since they are backward facing. You are better off buying an inexpensive forward facing soundbar versus using the included speakers only. If you can afford it (and have the space), buying a 5.1 or 7.1 soundbar system is the way to go.All three of my household TV's are Samsung models, although I have had quite a few Sony models in the past, reviews between brands when I am shopping for a replacement have been pushing me steadily towards Samsung. Two terrible experiences have permanently soured me ever buying LG ever again.
Great. I recently purchased the Samsung QN90CA and I have to say, I am extremely impressed with this TV. The picture quality is stunning and the colors are so vivid and lifelike. The screen is also incredibly bright, which really enhances the viewing experience. The sound quality is also top-notch, with clear and crisp audio that really immerses you in the content you're watching. The TV itself is also very sleek and modern-looking, with a slim design that fits perfectly in my living room. The setup process was also very easy and straightforward, with clear instructions and intuitive menus. Additionally, this TV has a lot of great features, such as voice control and built-in streaming apps, that make it even more convenient to use.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the Samsung QN90CA. It delivers an amazing viewing experience with top-tier picture and sound quality, all wrapped up in a sleek and modern package. I highly recommend this TV to anyone in the market for a high-end television.
Wow. I love this TV I can speak into the control rather than type a request. The picture is amazing and for an old guy like me it’s actually simple to use. Honestly I should have bought one of these a long time ago. It is easy to set up easy to use and it’s got all the features I could possibly hope for. And if it last half as long as my other three Samsung TV’s I purchased 10 years ago I will be more than happy. I’ll add this, the only thing wrong with my three older sets from Samsung is they didn’t work with my new internet system and modem, the TV’s themselves still work perfectly. This is the kind of quality all products should strive for !
Great. The tv is great. We love our Samsung tv (past and present). Picture is beautiful. Not real happy with stand for this large of a TV. Should have supprt at both ends, not just center. A little pricey even on sale.
As advertised. As promised. Beautifully performing TV. Wish it came with a paper 'Getting Started' manual. I used Google and my cell phone to complete setup. I will update later on the Sound Bar.Update: Samsung Neo QLED QN90C. The resolution is beautiful and amazing compared to my former Samsung 1080P. However there are some frustrations, that had I have known, my purchase would have not been a sure thing.1. Samsung touts the level of black supported, unfortunately when a black(or darker) image is displayed there is often a loss of image detail.2. When a bright/white scene or image is displayed, it is very bright and impressive. However, most images displayed do not fit into that category and the overall image character or quality is darker than that of my former 1080P.3. The Samsung Sound Bar (HW-Q700C) included with the TV is not what I expected. At normal listening levels, such as TV programming, the system still has the muffled quality of my former TV. To enjoy high quality sound you must significantly raise the sound level or rotate the sound bar so that the up facing speakers face outward toward the audience. (My hearing has been tested as normal)
After careful research we picked this Samsung TV for our Christmas present to ourselves. My wife, who is a hard to please detail oriented person who tends to buy only the best (which is why she picked me, I jest) LOVES this TV. Our ten year old Samsung TV still works but the speaker on the old TV were getting very bad so we gifted it to the grandkids for their gaming. While the old Samsung TV gave faithful service it was one of the first "smart" TV's and this one is so much easier to use for wireless internet things like YouTube and etc. The picture is Excellent the built in speakers more than enough for our 14x18 living room and the picture is just so much better and that's saying a lot as the old Samsung was one of the best ones at the time. This one is Samsungs "second best" I believe and at the 55" size we use a great value for the money. It may be more expensive than many but it comes with impressive performance, a superior picture and great features.

Great TV. My old TV bit the dust, and I thought I had been preparing for this eventuality by buying one of the big box stores gift cards and accumulating them. When I was finally forced into buying a new TV, I started learning more about higher Def functions and what they all meant. The picture quality on this set is incredible. It is amazing to revisit some computer generated scenes from yesteryear (Star Trek:TNG) and the animation of alien cities is just that: animation. The blow up of cities and people walking appear as hollow stick figures and almost disappointing. Details that have been invisible are now apparent.I read where the black contrast of some tvs will make these tvs appear even more sharp and brilliant, but only when viewed in a light subdued room. The quality of this Q TV allows great viewing both in daylight and night time. Another feature that influenced my decision of this set is with the continuity while gaming. The set does come with leg stands so it can sit on top of an entertainment center. I, however, purchased an additional wall mount so the TV is off any furniture and can't be knocked over by any pets (cats). Installation for this is not difficult, but it is a two person job.I was pleasantly pleased with the smart functions available. You have the ability to choose from various subscription based programs (Amazon Prime, Netflix, and others) as well as various internet based services, such as YouTube. It is possible to listen to various radio stations on the TV if they are broadcast on the net. A person could possibly shop online with this set. I haven't tried that, but I don't see any reason why it would be a problem. My only complaint would be in the design in the remote control. It's very sensitive and you will lose what you are watching if it is dropped on the floor, or if that cats walk on them. Also, it's almost too simplistic to function with the cable service. It's much easier to use their remote in changing the channel or watching shows off the DVR than trying to figure out how to get the TV remote working. One final note that I was pleased about was delivery. Amazon treated this as the i.portant item that it was, and required a signature by someone present upon delivery. It's just as well; who wants to leave a 72" long parcel out by their front door?Again, I'm very pleased with this, and the quality and sharpness still amaze me at times.
Extremely happy. Extremely happy with my new SAMSUNG 65-inch Class QLED Q60T Series - 4K UHD Dual LED Quantum HDR Smart TV! The price was right, and the shipping arrival time was a day early. The Seller; Walt's TV did an excellent job of packing the TV, using the factory box and then packing it inside a very heavy duty box. I could see various shipping scars on the outer box, but when opened the original packaging had not a mark on it. Good job Walt's TV! Now for a little review on the reviewers of the SAMSUNG 65-inch Class QLED Q60T Series - 4K UHD Dual LED Quantum HDR Smart TV. I almost didn't get the SAMSUNG 65-inch Class QLED Q60T Series - 4K UHD Dual LED Quantum HDR Smart TV because of all the negative reviews, but I l was so happy with my previous Samsung I decided to go with my experience rather than the reviews. Glad I did. After rereading the reviews I realized that most of the negative reviews were either from (1) people who couldn't or wouldn't read the operating instructions, (2) have no common sense, (3) think they are some kinda TV techs. and like spouting out all kind of techy terms that they feel makes them sound intelligent but in all reality......My new SAMSUNG 65-inch Class QLED Q60T Series - 4K UHD Dual LED Quantum HDR Smart TV set up fast and easy with no problems. Mounting the TV to my existing wall mount, hooking up all my various components and reading the instructions took me no more than a couple hours at most. The overall picture and color are excellent and only took a couple minutes to hone in (after reading the instructions). So glad I didn't go by the reviews on this buy!! Love my SAMSUNG 65-inch Class QLED Q60T Series - 4K UHD Dual LED Quantum HDR Smart TV!!
Great Picture. Bought the 55" QLED. It's on a stand so can't comment on wall hanging. Set up was simple and once fired up the remote easily got me navigated and set up. I read some complaints about lack of operating manual but they tell you where you can get it online. But for just watching tv, dvds, and streaming movies, the remote worked quick. WiFi log-in and connection was flawless. There is no 3mm audio output but an optical digital audio output instead, so I had to get an adapter for that - I still use my wired stereo amp for sound rather than a soundbar. I read complaints also about the sound, but it's just regular tv sound and plenty good and loud enough for about 3/4 of my viewing. I declined to set up any Samsung acct or to get their app onto my phone. Also, I don't do any gaming on this set so can't comment to that either. But the picture is incredible and I'm very pleased with the purchase. Kudos also to AMZ and UPS for getting to my front door in excellent condition.
Parfait 👌👌 👌
Across. That's badass.
Facile à configurer l'image est impressionnante et j'aime beaucoup la commande vocale avec Alexa
This is probably a great TV but it did not come with the 4 X M8 X43mm screws to install my wall rack because they want you to buy their rack for an additional 129.00 dollars. Needles to say I'm not impressed
Se descompuso en menos de 3 años me comentaron que fue y que Samsung bajo sus estándares de calidad durante pandemia para seguir con producción! Muchas pantallas están presentando el mismo problema

Picture quality is 6 star. I am quiet pleased overall. The upconvert to 4K is amazing, almost like true 4K. I didn't hear a lot of improvement in sound but I do wear hearing aids and m=y hearing is not that good. Not saying bad sound, it is adequate.
Excellent picture quality. I purchased this Samsung QLED TV to replace an older model Samsung TV. The main reason was because I wanted a TV with the ability to stream programs. I'm very happy with the excellent picture quality and the streaming capabilities. The only thing I dislike about the TV so far is the sound. I have to turn the volume up fairly high in order to get the sound where I like it. I would recommend adding a sound bar, which I plan to do in the future, for the better sound quality.
Terrible business. My mother is 76. She ordered a tv from Walt’s via Amazon. Within 3 weeks one of the LED lights went out. She called Samsung and they wanted to charge her $50 to work with a technician. She decided to just return it. I thought Walts would pay the shipping since the TV was defective. They do not. Between the packaging and the shipping it cost my mother $200 to return a defective TV. Horrible!! Do not order a TV from Walt’s!!!!!!!
Very Satisfied. This is a great smart tv.All premium channels available from one screen And remote.Incredible picture quality.
Great picture. Works perfectly in our motohome
Rich color. My 6 year old Vizio TV is still functioning well but it's increasingly showed the light reflection in my well lit kitchen. I decided to replace it with the more expensive Samsung TV and am so glad that we did. The color was so much brilliant and richer, the outside light didn't alter the visibility at all. The apps function well and I found it better use Samsung's remote than the Amazon's stick which seems degraded the color.
Sound. When streaming, you can't even hear the TV even at level 100 with the phone volume also at maximum level.
👍😃. 👍🏿👍🏿
